Bring in the NEW YEAR with gratitude... As I Snapchat this look in my comfortable clothes. I realized that I am full of gratefulness. What have I learned in 2020 and what lessons I will take into 2021. What I learned is to be grateful for all I have in my life. Life is a gift for sure. God’s gift to us-is life. I will not take it for granted. I will live it to the fullest, like it’s my last day here on earth. Let’s be honest, I am not promised tomorrow. I am only promised today; so why not live it like it’s my last? I will do just that, and give thanks to God every day in prayer 🙏 in the morning and evening. I will only write my goals out each night for the next day. Again, I am not promised tomorrow. I will live in the moment. In that moment, as I write my goals for that next day. I will ask God for another day, to live out his purpose and to also accomplish my goals- that I wrote down. The goals will be simple ( read the Bible, do the rosary, workout to keep my mind and body strong, help others by using the gifts God gave me, learn something new, be the best wife and mom I can be, and read books in the school pick-up line or on Saturday mornings. I will rest and give myself to God on Sunday mornings. I will not be afraid to believe in God or Jesus. I will not be afraid to speak my mind and stand up to my beliefs. Knowing, I might offend others, and in the process lose a few family and friends along the way. True friends and family will allow you to be whom God wants you to be and be okay with your beliefs. I have to stand up to my own beliefs and not be afraid anymore! However, I do stand with God & Jesus, and I will follow his word until the end. I started a new goal for 2021 of NO drinking and to live my best life. My body is a gift from God and so I’ll treat as so! Peace ✌️ out with love ❤️

I am going into the New Year with Faith: This is my saying “ I only fear God, I fear no virus. Faith over fear! I live in the moment and living my life to the fullest. If it’s my time to go, it’s my time. It’s God‘s plan not mine. We fear what we don’t know. We fear a virus because we don’t know where we are going; beyond this life.” Get close to God and Jesus, and peace will enter your soul. I don’t plan goals for the year anymore. I plan for the day. I live in moment! I don’t know what tomorrow will bring and knowing we aren’t promised tomorrow. I live for that day and that day only. At night, I write my goals for the next day. I ask God “ thank you for the gift of life and I hope to have another day to live life with abundance. If I do, I will live it to the fullest and appreciate every moment of it. I will also give thanks to you (God) in the morning. Goodnight..... Yep, life is a gift 🎁, a gift of joy to be here and live your best life. Live it! You only get one. Don’t live in fear. Live for Abundance in everything you do. It was finally time for the first promise of God to be fulfilled. Sin would soon be forever defeated, but first, the Savior had to be placed in His mother’s womb. Can you imagine how excited God must have been as He sent an angel from heaven to reveal His plan to Mary? This was a moment thousands of years in the making! Think about Mary: young and humble but favored by God. When He sent the angel to her side, He sent him with words of love. He let her know she was chosen and had no reason to fear. Before she had time to doubt or let insecurity creep in, God gave Mary the confidence she needed to walk out His purpose for her life. As Christmas approaches, put yourself in Mary’s shoes and reflect on this moment. Think about how incredible, maybe even overwhelming, it was for her to discover the extent of her God-given purpose. It’s important to realize that just as He had divine purpose for Mary, God has divine purpose for you. Just as He chose her and entrusted her with great plans, He has also chosen you and entrusted something miraculous to you! Ask God to reveal what He created you to do, and be confident that He’ll equip you to do it. Prayer: Father, thank You for the gift of Jesus. Thank You for choosing a woman like Mary to bring Him into the world. You used her as a vessel for Your greatest miracle. Thank You for also giving me a divine purpose. Help me to be still, to seek You, and to know You more during this season. Use this time to reveal more about Your purpose for me as I focus on the purpose of Christmas. . . #prayerchangesthings #believeingodsplan #godisincontrol #faithoverfear

Jesus came to earth to give us the gifts of acceptance, peace, healing, and forgiveness, but those gifts were not cheap. We could never afford what Jesus came to provide, and gratefully, we don’t have to. God now accepts us, not because of our own good behavior, but because Jesus paid the price by experiencing the greatest rejection on our behalf. Jesus chose to die to cover our sin, conquer death, and bring us life. The prophet Isaiah called our sins “transgressions” and “iniquities” - essentially our crimes and our wickedness. Those sins created a debt we could never repay, but Jesus, in His perfection, could. As Jesus chose to be born into a world where He would be bruised and crushed, He brought us peace and healing. The prophecy in Isaiah 53 portrays God’s great exchange: Jesus’ life for all of ours. Jesus knew the cost of Christmas, and He embraced it so we could embrace Him and the eternal life He made available for us. As you celebrate this season, don’t forget: We can only be forgiven, healed, and set free because Jesus chose Christmas. Prayer: Jesus, I can never thank You enough for paying the price that covered my debt. I would truly be lost without You. I worship You as my Peace, my Healer, and my Savior! Thank You for choosing Christmas. Help me to receive all You came to give me, and help me then share those gifts with the world around me. . . #godisgoodallthetime #faithoverfear #godisincontrol #askgodforguidance #surrendertogod #trusttheprocess

We Harvest What We Plant Galatians 6:3 If you think you are too important to help someone, you are only fooling yourself. You are not that important. Galatians 6:4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else. Galatians 6:5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct. Galatians 6:7 Don’t be misled—you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant. My GOALs for 2021: 1. Learn the rosary 📿 2. Give my day to God and Jesus in prayer. 3. Learn to live life without alcohol. 4. Live life without fear of death. Live life to the fullest and enjoy it -like it’s my last day. (We fear death because we don’t know where we are going). 5. Eat to live; not live to eat. (Appreciate food and give thanksgiving to God, for the food he provides my body and mind with). 6. Workout for physical, mentally, emotionally and spiritually strength. 7. Enjoy the company of friends (once a month). 8. Be more adventurous with my family. 9. Learn something new. 10. Go to daily church mass on Monday’s and Wednesday’s (I been having a hard time lately walking into a church; just because it’s not the same. I been having a hard time with this change). It doesn’t feel holy to me when I walk into a church. I am very intuitive. Unfortunately, this change has broken 😞 my soul. Through the prophet Isaiah, God revealed that a child would be born who would be called the Prince of Peace. In Hebrew, the word for “Prince” ("sar”) indicates a leader or captain, and the word for “peace” ("shalom”) means “completeness." When Jesus came to earth, He came to lead a broken world to a place where we could be made whole again. He came to reconcile us with God, bridging the gap created by our sin. Jesus came to soothe our anxieties and give us a sound mind. The peace He brought into the world at Christmas allows us to be content and rest in Him no matter what chaos surrounds us. Whatever you might be facing in this season—sickness, a broken relationship, depression, or loneliness—allow Jesus’ peace to comfort you right where you are. You don’t have to get to the end of your struggle to experience wholeness. Jesus wants to quiet your spirit with His love and perfect your trust in Him. You can weather this storm complete in Him. Prayer: Jesus, thank You for coming to bring me peace. I recognize today that I can rest in You, no matter what I’m going through. Whenever fear or heaviness threaten my peace, help me run to safety in You. Lead my spirit into the wholeness that is available in You. . . #prayer #prayerchangesthings #godisincontrol #adventure #jesusisking

Leaning on God’s Promises With Prayer Scripture makes it clear that the answer to everything in our lives is prayer mixed with faith. The apostle Paul writes, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God” (Philippians 4:6). Paul is telling us, “Seek the Lord about every area of your life and thank him ahead of time for hearing you!” Paul emphasizes that we are always to pray first and not as a last resort after going to our friends, then to a pastor or counselor, and finally ending up on our knees. Jesus tells us, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matthew 6:33). We are to go to the Lord first! Our ministry receives heartrending letters from multitudes of broken Christians. Families are breaking up; people who walked faithfully with Christ for years are living in fear and defeat. Each of these people has been overcome by something—sin, depression, worldliness, covetousness—and year after year, their problems seem to get worse. Yet, what shocks me most about their letters is that very few of these Christians ever mention prayer. They turn to tapes, books, counselors, call-in radio programs, therapies of all kinds, but rarely to prayer. Why is it so hard for Christians to seek God for their desperate needs when they are in times of crisis? After all, the Bible stands as one long testimony that God hears the cries of his children and answers them with tender love. “The eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry” (Psalm 34:15). “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17). This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him” (1 John 5:14-15). "Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive” (Matthew 21:22). These promises are overwhelming evidence of God's care. . . . #sundayvibes #godovereverything #godisgoodallthetime

Prayer: Jesus, I honor You as the King of my life here on earth and throughout eternity! I can’t wait to experience the purity of Your leadership as the brokenness of this world falls away. Thank You for coming to earth and beginning Your journey to the throne among us. I’m so grateful You care for me deeply and will always advocate for me as my King. I love You and submit myself to Your perfect ways. . . . #godisgood #advent #holybible #prayerchangesthings #prayersforhealing #momoffaith #catholicmom

Sharing my love for God! Bethlehem was a small town, insignificant in comparison to bigger cities in the area. In the Message Paraphrase of Micah 5:2, Bethlehem is referred to as “the runt of the litter.” Why would God choose to come to earth in such an unimportant location? Does it seem like a worthy birthplace for the King of Kings? The thing is, God has never been interested in the world’s definition of greatness. Wealth, fame, popularity, power—none of these are noteworthy to God. Paul told the Corinthians, “God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong.” What He can do in someone’s life is not limited by their earthly status. If Bethlehem was “the runt of the litter,” how much more glory would God receive for establishing the life of His Son there? Where Jesus’ journey began did not determine what He could accomplish for the Kingdom. Isn’t it the same with us? Prayer: Father, thank You for not allowing the lowest points of my life to limit my potential. Thank You for giving divine purpose to someone as imperfect as me. I praise You for Your amazing power that carries me in moments of weakness. I know that no matter where I started, You will take me where You want me to go. Thank You, Jesus, for showing me that incredible things begin in humble places. . . . #advent #catholic #momofgod #momofboys #momofboys💙 #loveisintheair #jesusbirthday #jesuschrist #jesusisthereasonfortheseason #godisincontrol #havefaithingod
