There aren't too many stores that get the opportunity to pick single barrels of Spirits of French Lick bourbon, but @redbarrelliquors (and their co-op) found a way to recently. This is a single barrel of their wheated bourbon named William Dalton. Another low proof release for Elijah Craig Barrel Proof. Not that I don't mind them, but it just seems odd that the previous 5 releases only had one batch that was north of 130 proof.
