Spicy Miso Butter Potatoes- These potatoes are crispy from the outside, and soft and fluffy from the inside. They are full of flavor from white miso paste from @marukomeus and you will absolutely love them. INGREDIENTS- 3–4 medium size Russell potatoes 2 tablespoon white miso paste 1/4 cup melted butter Sriracha to taste 1 tablespoon honey Half tablespoon garlic paste Chopped cilantro for garnish STEPS- Wash and cut potatoes in wedges or desired shape with or without skin. Put potatoes in a pot with water and bring it to boil and cook for 9–10 minutes or until they are tender. Drain them and set them aside. Now in a separate bowl add melted butter, white miso paste, honey, sriracha and garlic paste. Mix everything well and then add potato wedges to this bowl and toss them nicely so all the potatoes are coated in this garlic miso butter. Transfer these potatoes to a sheet pan and bake them at 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Garnish with cilantro and your spicy miso butter potatoes are ready. Methi Matar Paneer! This methi matar paneer is so easy and quick to make and comes out so delicious. Usually it is made with fresh methi/fenugreek leaves but here I have used dry fenugreek leaves. It can be eaten with parantha or bread or even can be enjoyed with rice. You can substitute paneer with tofu too. Salmon cakes- These salmon cakes or patties makes a perfect snack any time of the day. Fish is one of the greatest source of omega 3’s and protein and I make sure to add them in different recipes throughout a week. I feel so satisfied and yet light after eating these and fully charged for my strength training classes. My whole family loves seafood and enjoys these patties. INGREDIENTS- 200 gm salmon fillet 1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, diced Salt to taste Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Panko 
1/2 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley 1 small boiled potato, mashed 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped Oil to shallow fry 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups arugula 1/2 cup pomegranate arils STEPS- Put melted butter with salt and pepper on salmon and air fry it for 10-12 mins at 320F. Let it cool and then flake salmon with fork. Add flaked salmon, onion, bell pepper, salt, black pepper, panko, egg, chopped parsley, boiled potato, garlic in a bowl and mix everything nicely. Form into 7-8 patties and shallow fry in oil at medium flame until golden brown. Serve them on the bed of arugula and pomegranate with some spicy mayo.
