I am a Travel/Lifestyle Blogger. I have a passion for travel, family, Disney, running, the beach, and all things chocolate. I am married and have two sons, ages 18 and 14. As I get older, I realize the time we have with our children is so short. 18 years seems to go by in a blink. As I am faced with one child quickly approaching adulthood, I realize, over the next several years, my world will see major changes. As my children get older and “need me” less, I am confronted with the next chapter of my life. Who am I outside of being a Mom? It is a time of self-discovery. Wherever this journey may lead me, I plan to live my best life, all at my own pace.

Wow, where do I begin? When I started this crazy running journey 11 years ago, I never dreamed I would be a marathoner, never mind 3 times over! I also never dreamed of the friendships I would make doing this crazy sport. Not only do these people run, but they love Disney! Come on, can it get any better? When I turned 50, I had three things on my bucket list. Greece ✅ Marine Corps marathon ✅ Dopey Challenge ✅ #missionaccomplished #iamdopey

Happy 18th Birthday to my baby!!!
We are in Vermont this weekend on a college tour, but wanted to let you all know I have so much content to share in the next few weeks. We have had a summer full of travel! In the meantime, here are a few shots from Burlington, VT.
Iceland is a country like no other. From the green fields, lava rocks, black sand and incredible waterfalls, I was in awe. Have you been to Iceland?
Rab the rubber ducky had an amazing time in London, Iceland, France, Norway and Denmark. Backstory: my dad passed last year and his nickname was Rab. I received the duck in a drink while in Disney. I decided to take him along on all our travels, sort of like a Flat Stanley. He has been on two Disney cruises, the Bahamas, Greece and now this trip. It is a fun way to remember my dad. Do you do something similar?
