4 must see spots in Bali! 1. Banyu wana Waterfall: here you’ll find 4 waterfalls in one area! 2. Leke Leke Waterfall: this stunning water fall is framed with so much greenery. 3. Tegalalang Rice Terrace: this famous rice terrace in Ubud is best at sunrise. Enter from Tis Cafe instead of the normal entrance to avoid the crowds 4. The Swing at Kumulilir: very close to the rice terrace you’ll find this swing at a coffee plantation. Be sure to enjoy a tasting set of coffee and tea before or after with nice views. I visited all these places on a customized private all day tour booked via @getyourguide. There was even an option to add a drone pilot which I happily did! I can’t believe I quit my job nearly a year ago to give content creation and traveling the world a try. These are some of the most epic clips I’ve got in Bali while living this dream life. Solo traveling the world 🌍 is what made me strong enough to travel all over the world on my own. It all started when I got a job at Delta airlines. The flight benefits were so good. Travel practically free and in business class! The catch was its standby so I couldn’t depend on a friend to go with if I might not make the flight. No one wanted to travel as much as me. It left me to brave up traveling the world solo. From the first trip it was easier, I was braver and braver. I moved to a new country alone. And now here I am today, doing what I love and living a free life. Where to stay in Ubud, Bali! Part 1! Ever since I had a 🌺 flower bath at Kaveri Spa (@kaverispa) last year, I always dreamed to stay at their hotel, the Udaya Resorts (@theudaya) I came back to Bali sooner than anticipated and now here I am! What a dream stay it was. This time I was treated to their Twilight Bath 🌻 instead of their Celebration of Flowers 🌸 bath. The citrus 🍋‍🟩 bath is meant to brighten your skin! Their spa is amazing. I had a facial 💆‍♀️ too. The staff were so kind. At the spa they literally helped me pose and moved the flowers around perfectly and took some amazing pictures 📸 for me. The general manager Budi was also the sweetest. We connected when I was leaving the spa last year by chance! And met during my time here for tea. He told me I was apart of the family now ❤️ I checked into their new Jungle suite which has its own private pool! The room was stunning and I had a floating breakfast too. I loved relaxing in the outdoor bath tub 🛁 as well. This is definitely a treat yourself kind of place. 📌 Save these coordinates to find the exact photo spot! Tegallalang Rice Terrace is Bali’s most famous rice terrace. There are many entry points some paid and some not. I entered for free from Tis Cafe and walked down the steps next to the pool area of the cafe for access to the field at sunrise. There are donation boxes to tip the farmers if you choose to. Following the pathway you’ll eventually hit the below coordinates where I took these stunning photos: 📍8.4299971, 115.2794535 Arrive around 6:15 to scout the location and around 45 minutes after sunrise you’ll see the sun shining through the bamboo trees. It’s absolutely a dream. 💡Pro-tip: did you know @getyourguide has an Instagram Bali Photo tour? I booked this tour and customised it myself. It was a 8 hour tour where I had a full day driver and my very own drone pilot and photographer. Yes, sounds bougie, but at $340 was really good value for a full day videographer and tour guide. If you don’t want to pay for a drone pilot like I did you can do the full day private tour for $67. Wow, what an incredible stay! For only $100 a night you get this villa with the most insane views of 🗻 Mt. Agung. The bedroom 🛌 is huge and there’s a beautiful bathtub 🛀 with even more views out the window. There’s a private pool (this one is actually shared with one other villa but there’s an option for a private pool 🏊 too for $50 a night more). The sunset 🌅 was purely magical. It made this place worth every penny in my opinion. Being able to enjoy the views of Mt Agung from the comfort of my villa was just amazing! Plus, the staff were so kind. They took me at 6am to a nearby viewpoint called Bukit Cinta. This place is pretty remote and grab (the equivalent of Uber) will not work here. Hoi An, Vietnam 🇻🇳 is the most photogenic 📸 place ever! The yellow 💛 painted buildings and lanterns all over make it a photo lovers dream. Literally everyone in Hoi An was taking photos and it’s a quite busy place. Even at 8:30 am in the morning people had my same mission with their tripod out snapping those photos. I felt so overwhelmed as a solo traveler. That’s when @flytographer came to my rescue. It was such a stress free experience. One thing that surprised me about Hoi An 🇻🇳 was how insanely touristy it was! I get it, it’s a unesco heritage site and is absolutely stunning. It’s one of the most photogenic places in the world, full of yellow buildings and lanterns 🏮hanging everywhere. I loved Hoi An! But don’t make the mistake of not venturing to the beautiful countryside where you’ll find endless nature. It’s a peaceful escape from the bustling town. I loved relaxing at my hotel outside the ancient town and visiting coffee shops overlooking rice paddies! What do you think?
