I have been gluten free since 2009. I became more of a cook once I was diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity so that I could know exactly what I was putting in my body. Now I love learning and talking about food!
I'm a big fan of pizza, tacos, breakfast, and getting as many veggies into a meal as I can!
