I have been gluten free since 2009. I became more of a cook once I was diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity so that I could know exactly what I was putting in my body. Now I love learning and talking about food!
I'm a big fan of pizza, tacos, breakfast, and getting as many veggies into a meal as I can!
I hope I learn from my readers just as much as I might teach someone something new.

This is my 2 time award winning buffalo chicken* chili 🌶! I used @slowcookergourmet’s recipe with a few edits: sub ground chicken for ground turkey 🦃 (I personally think ground chicken tastes dry) and I did not include dried cilantro or blue cheese. Hot tip: this chili can get pretty thick if it sits for too long or when you heat leftovers so I add a little more chicken broth to thin it out 🙌🏻

The turkey sausage and cheese egg bites from @costco used to be my favorite but now I think I like the spinach and bell pepper egg white bites better! Which one would you choose?

I know I joke a lot about being frustrated with always being stuck with ordering a salad but in this case, I was super excited for this G&D salad with chicken from @gramanddun! Ps they had other gf options too I just chose the salad 🥰
