Yuki vs. Panda comes to Source Point Press

Judging by the immense amount of talent and unique stories coming from Source Point Press, Yuki vs. Panda is in great company!,” says Misuriak. Ten years after a freak incident at the zoo, Yuki finds herself attending a prestigious college on the road to success, unaware that a panda bear from that fateful day has been hunting her down to exact bloody revenge. “Yuki vs. Panda is a perfect fit for a cartoon since it’s a medium that allows an almost seamless transition from the comic book universe and can showcase all the high-impact supernatural action and comedy without creative or production limitations,” says Misuriak. Source Point Press is a division of Ox Eye Media, publishing books, comics, and graphic novels.

Review: Deadpool Nerdy 30 #1

The most unusual story of the issue is Kelly Thompson’s depiction of Wade Wilson in a high school disrupted by his fellow Canadian Wolverine crashing his prom in the midst of battle. They are both top caliber creators and the story takes place as he’s undergoing the experiments which give him cellular regeneration, but as he tries on various origins to see which he likes it just takes us away from any actual story as we simply explore some great art mashups. The story and humor are well done although Medina’s art feels a bit rushed in part due to some very basic colors by Jesus Aburtov. Writing: 4.2 of 5 stars Art: 4.4 of 5 stars Colors: 4.6 of 5 stars Writers: Fabian Nicieza, Rob Liefeld and Various Art

Review: The Joker #1

As the story progresses, March’s more stylised art, which you may be used to from other DC books, raises its lovely long neck. Following on from the Punchline Special from last year, Sam Johsn with Tynion continue with the Orange is the New Punchline, whilst also diverting the readers attention with the social media frenzy that the newest Joker’s moll. yet, by focussing on Jim Gordon we actually have a character that we have loved for years, regardless of how he was mistreated by the Batman Who Looks Like Judge Death story. Written by; James Tynion IV & Sam Johns Art by; Guillem March & Mirka Andolfo Colors by; Arif Prianto & Romulo Farjardo Jr. Letters by; Tom Napolitano & Ariana Maher Published by; DC Comics

Review: Home Sick Pilots #4

Home Sick Pilots displays its Big Screen potential in the first 10 pages of issue #1. Buzz, one member of the Home Sick Pilot’s Band continues to search the house for Ami to disastrous results. We also got a little more insight into the Classified Big Witch Files Organization. But on the other hand it was missing its normal attack on the commercialization of the Punk Sub-culture making it a little less entertaining the past issues.

We’ve got something new brewing.. stay tuned. 👀 #mtg #mtgcommunity

Our sincerest condolences go out to the family in regards to the passing of the original Boba Fett, Jeremy Bulloch. #RIPJeremyBulloch
