Hey Insta fam! It’s been a little over a month since our incredible trip to Louisville, but I’m still digging through pictures! When the @njbourbonbarrelclub crew was there we had the opportunity to do a barrel selection at Prohibition Craft Spirits. We had an absolute blast with Chase and the rest of the NULU crew. We had the chance to sample some of their amazing barrels before making our final decision. After much deliberation, we finally settled on a fantastic double oak barrel that we can't wait for the group to try. The flavors are simply incredible! From the rich caramel and vanilla notes to the subtle hints of toasted oak and spice, this bourbon is truly something special. Also, it’s DARK as hell!!!
