Hello! I’m a bar and beverage consultant based out of New York City but have worked all around the world. My obsessive attention to detail when creating my cocktail recipes have transferred over into my photos and have been getting lots of attention on social media by brands, bars, bartenders, cocktail enthusiasts, and foodies. Barrel pickin’ At The Stand we’ve build a bar program with over 100 whiskeys from local gems to sought after Irish, Scotch, and Japanese ancient liquids. We’re also extremely proud of our Barrel Program, which is exclusive to our venue. At any given time, you can enjoy 2 of our private select whiskeys. Here’s a sneak peaking our journey in choosing our current Knob Creek private select. Snapple fact of the day- A barrel of whiskey is approx 200 bottles😮

What’s my favorite dry January drink? Water…. with a Mezsal Salt rim. Think about it, no calories, no prep work and it’s absolutely delicious AND nutritious. Packed with superfoods, Ayurvedic herbs, and sea salt which is an electrolytes that actually makes you MORE hydrated than drinking water on its own. Basically it’s just a win win win situation😉

Pour-fection. Sometimes I can get a new recipe right on the first try, other times it takes a few. Either way I never stop until I reach pure perfection. Allow me to introduce this incredibly special affogato martini. Made with Fernet Branca, Hennessy VS cognac, Cafe Borghetti, fresh La Colombe espresso, and salted Demerara topped with homemade Madagascar vanilla double cream gelato. I’d have no problem doubling up on Pilates to consume these calories everyday! Now on menu at The Stand Taverna called the Midnight Affogato. You can thank me later 😉

First time I ever had cocktails BEFORE breakfast! A few weeks ago I had the honor of joining the @nbc_earlytoday crew to mix up some Derby Day and Cinco de Mayo cocktails. Hope you had just as great of a time drinking then as we did! 🫶🏼 . Derby Day- Mint Julep 2 oz @oldforester bourbon .25oz simple syrup 2 dash angostura bitters Handful of mint sprigs . Cinco de Mayo- Spicy Paloma 2 oz @mezcaldonavega espadin 1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice .25 oz raw agave .25 oz lime juice 1-2 slices jalapeño Top with grapefruit soda @mezsal_salts hibiscus mole salt rim
