Hi, I'm Adrienne The Yoni Nutritionist!
I'm a Holistic Nutritionist and Health Coach, specializing in women's sexual health and wellness.
I'm passionate about helping women heal their vaginal health issues naturally through diet, nutrition and wellness practices.
I specialize in candida elimination, BV elimination, STI viruses like HSV and HPV, UTI's, gut and digestive health issues as well as common vaginal health issues that many women still find so taboo to talk about!
I offer a variety of online programs including my signature FCK Candida online candida elimination program which helps women eliminate candida AND adapt candida-friendly ways into their lifestyle. My Healing Herpes Holistically is an online membership program for HSV+ folks who want to learn how to holistically manage their lives with herpes. The newest addition to my online courses is my BV Elimination Diet program which teaches women how to eat to eliminate chronic bacterial vaginosis infections.
I also work 1:1 with women, creating customized nutrition and healing protocols and empower them to achieve their health goals. I provide personalized support and structure for those who need and value it.
