Hi! My name is Liz and I live with Celiac, IBS, GERD, and a host of chronic conditions. My content focuses on living a fulfilling gluten free lifestyle, while also talking about my experience as a Black woman living with Celiac! My mantra for 2024 is "you can do anything" as a way to inspire myself and my community to pursue the things that seem impossible. This could be anything from travel to making GF croissants!
The content style I focus on is more of a storytelling format, while also maintaining an approachable and relatable tone. I love to share my restaurant and product recommendations, as well as news and updates, educational posts about being GF, recipes, tips and tricks, and of course, memes :)
I've worked with companies and organizations like Beyond Celiac, Color of Gastrointestinal Illnesses (COGI), Canyon Bakehouse, Find Me Gluten Free, Atly (formerly Steps), and many restaurants across the East Coast, to name a few.
In my free time I love to read, bake, sing, play sports, travel, and spend time with loved ones!
