"Progress Post" 💫 Often you forget where you started and only look at the now. Maybe you compare yourself to others, so you don't settle for what you have already achieved, what is important during your starting phase, during your process and in maintaining your end goal is to stay focused on what you want to achieve. It is and will remain a circular process, it involves trial and error, with setbacks and high points, but nothing is impossible. No one can do it for you, keep reading, keep trying new things and see what works for you. Every body is different and that is what makes the process so unique. Sports is not only a physical thing, but also a mental. So make sure you have enough mental peace, motivation and patience. Health is wealth. Take care of yourself!
