Letβs continue the healthy immunity boosting recipes, our recipe for today is packed with healthy ingredients like bell pepper, green onions, dill and fresh never frozen tasty salmon fillets from @bluehousesalmon . Letβs get to the recipe: Salmon pattiesβ¦ ββββββββββ- Ingredients: ββββββββ 2 cup of pre-cooked salmon, i baked mine with salt and pepper and flaked it. 2 green onions diced. Half a cup of diced bell pepper (i used orange and red). 1 tablespoon fresh dill minced. 2 beaten eggs. 3 slices of fresh bread processed into crumbs. 1 teaspoon salt. Half teaspoon black pepper. Instructions: βββββββ- Mix all the ingredients above together and form them into patties, let them rest in the fridge for one hour. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and fry the patties for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Hello September, letβs start the month with a healthy immunity boosting recipe using these delicious and fresh salmon from @bluehousesalmon Next time you crave ultra fresh salmon, look for the @bluehousesalmon at your local supermarket. These salmon were super delicious π€€ and my kids approved it, and so did I π when i found out that @bleuhaousesalmon is NON-GMO , no antibiotics used while raising it locally in the USA. Here is the recipe: Middle Eastern salmon bites. ββββββββββββββββ- Ingredients: 3 salmon fillets diced into cubes. The zest of one lemon . 2 garlic cloves minced. 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses. The juice of one lemon. Salt and pepper to taste. Good quality olive oil. Instructions: Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together and add them to the salmon cubes, let it marinate in the fridge for at least one hour. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium high heat, add a little bit of olive oil and add the salmon cubes into your heated skillet, sear them for two to three minutes on each side and then add the marinade sauce over the salmon cubes stirring for 2 minutes.
