Can you relate?!🙄⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ Recently I was on a call with one of you lovely ladies who told me that people in her life just don’t understand her bingeing 😞. When she tries to vent about it, they say things like “well if you didn’t want to eat the food...then why did you?”....🤬🤬🤬⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ I really relate to this. When I was struggling with bingeing I would feel SO sad and alone after a binge, but when I would try to talk it out with my boyfriend who is also into lifting 🏋🏼‍♂️ and bodybuilding...he would say something along the lines of the above ☝🏻. Like yea...thanks...haven’t tried that one yet!! He didn’t mean any harm and his heart was in a good place, but he TOTALLY didn’t get it. Can you relate?⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ I couldn’t find the help I needed to stop bingeing from someone who DID understand and could support 🤝 me to take action that actually WORKED - and because of that I struggled for 5+ years feeling alone before I FINALLY figured it out. Now - I take my own experience and knowledge as a virtual 👩🏼‍💻 dietitian to show you exactly what to do to stop bingeing for food and find balance with fitness so you don’t have to waste another minute struggling like I did. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ I help my clients feel less alone in this process and learn how to talk to the people in their lives (yes, even partners in fitness 🏋🏼‍♂️) about what they are going through so they can feel understood and supported 😌 and YOU can feel this way too ❤️.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ If you feel like no one in your life understands your binges, click the ✨link in bio✨ to learn more about my program where I provide you with an individualized plan and support every step of the way to FINALLY be free from bingeing and feel at peace 🧘‍♀️ around food and fitness

Anyone else relate?? 👇🏻⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ I’m here to tell you you can find an in-between! Feel proud and confident 💪 in your physique AND be binge-free with a healthy cycle WITHOUT needing to take the pill 💊. Because to me, thats TRUE health and fitness & I show you how to get there!⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ When I first lost weight and got “fit” after always being the “fat” or “unathletic” one growing up - I felt AMAZING 💃🏼. Got loads of compliments and finally felt proud of whay my body looked like. People would tell me “you’re so healthy and fit now! Good for you!”. But little did they know I was on the pill for a mysteriously missing period, my digestion was terrible, I had multiple nutrient deficiencies and low blood pressure, constant thoughts about food, and anxiety on rest days. Worst of all though? Every week I would totally lose control, go into binge mode and come out of this food-driven daze 🥴 feeling TERRIBLE about my body and myself. I lived on these compliments, yet I felt like a fraud. If you can relate, I feel your pain and you’re not alone ❤️⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Many of my clients come to me feeling the same way and I walk them through the same steps that allowed me to FINALLY stop bingeing for good (after struggling for years), get my period back without the pill, heal my digestion and reach my fitness/aesthetic goals while still living a FULL and happy life! The first step is addressing how you feel on the INSIDE, instead of focusing so much on how you look. For all of my clients, that looks like breaking their rules/restrictions around food and lifting 🏋🏼‍♀️ and putting fat loss goals to the side for now, so they can achieve them easily and healthfully later! Following this method they have their first binge free week, then month, then YEAR and that feels so freeing 🥳 - you can get here too!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ If you’re ready to stop bingeing for good and get a period back without the pill 💊 - apply to my program ✨link in bio✨. I help women just like you go from feeling like binges hold them back from achieving fitness goals and happiness in LIFE to 👉🏻 living binge FREE and feeling truly healthy and fit in their bodies ❤️

Hands up 🙌🏻 for Sophie!! . . Sophie has come SUCH a long way since she joined my group program and I wanted to share her story today for inspo 🥰 . . Sophie’s journey started with a VERY restrictive phase when she first got into fitness. She lost weight, and constantly being active 🏋🏼‍♀️ and eating a meticulous diet 🥦 became her norm. She took things too far, lost TOO much weight for her body, and became so restrictice with food and obsessive with exercise that she lost her period and started having massive, out of control bingeing multiple times per week 😬. Can you relate?? . . She tried everything for over a year to stop bingeing and get her period back, but nothing worked. She went to multiple doctors and all they offered her was the pill 💊 and other medications to get her period back - she wasn’t an underweight BMI, so they assumed her loss of period was not due to restriction 🤷🏼‍♀️. After months and months of trying to find freedom with food and get her body working properly again..she was EXHAUSTED and starting to think she would never get to where she wanted to be. If you feel this way too - let Sophie be an inspiration to know that you CAN find freedom and TRUE health and fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️ . . 2 months after Sophie joined TWN Group Coaching - SHE GOT HER FREAKIN PERIOD BACK!! 🥳 Not only that but she is not longer bingeing after dinner ans she’s been able to go out to eat with her friends 🍻without anxiety or feeling out of control! She’s finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and feeling free to live life again!! You can do this too ❤️ . . So many of the women I work with are told that their only option for getting a period back is the pill - mainly because they aren’t “anorexic”. This false information holds them back from seeing just how fucked up their relationship with food and fitness is - and prevents them from breaking free from binge eating AND healing their body naturally. But it doesn’t have to be this way 🙅‍♀️ . . Join my program to learn how to stop bingeing for good and get your period back naturally - like Sophie! ✨link in bio✨ to apply

Throw me a 💪 if chinups make you feel like an absolute badass⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Today I’m going to tell you about how an exercise break helped me later hit a chinup PR and build muscle and how YOU CAN TOO . . Before I went through this journey of stopping binge eating and getting my period back without the pill 💊 - my chin-ups were stagnant. I felt stuck in the cycle of trying to lose fat & then bingeing and my strength & muscle building suffered because of it. I was SO frustrated 😡 with my progress and thought maybe if I just lost more weight I could get those 6-8 chinups I wanted or feel like I actually “looked like I lifted” 🤦‍♀️. Many of my clients feel the same way - they’re proud of themselves for working up to multiple chinups but their strength plateaus and they feel like they can’t build anymore muscle! Can you relate?! . . Now, after an exercise break, a long period away from fat loss/tracking macros and instead eating whatever my body wanted without guilt - I can say that my strength🏋🏼‍♀️ has increased a TON (see above) and I can do double the chinups now (even at a higher weight). I’ve also added muscle 💪 to my physique that I’m exciting to see more of when another *slow* fat loss phase is right for me. Now I teach other women how to get here too in TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Group Program! It is SO freeing to finally be able to set fitness goals without being held back by bingeing or letting them control your life - I’ll help you get there ❤️. ⠀ . . In my program - I help support you through a break from structured exercise and teach you the mindset of setting & achieving goals in the gym while still living a FULL life & being free from binge eating 👏🏻. What will REALLY happen if you let yourself eat whatever you want 👇🏻⠀ .⠀ .⠀ If you told me years ago that the key to finally overcoming my binge eating was to eat whatever I wanted for a while...I would tell you you were crazy 🤪. But through my own binge recovery and work as a Registered Dietitian, I’ve found that the body is FREAKING SMART. And if we learn how to listen to it’s cues & give it what it’s asking for - it knows exactly how to eat to squash the urge to binge, get a healthy cycle was without the pill 💊 and settle at a healthy, happy weight. In my program, I teach you how to start listening again! 😍 Let me give you an example of how it works:⠀ .⠀ .⠀ My client Kristin G struggled with food for 16 whole years. Her fitness journey started from a very restrictive place, she lost a significant amount of weight, and then spent the rest of those years feeling out of control and anxious around food and constantly chasing the perfect physique 💪. Before she joined TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Group Coaching, she was in the midst of a cut, her binges were at an all-time high and her period had gone missing 😥. She just wanted to get lean & toned without bingeing and while still living her damn LIFE. But it just wasn’t happening...and she was desperate for an approach that would actually work. Can you relate?!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ When Kristin joined TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ - she learned my method and got to work IMMEDIATELY. She made a commitment to taking a long break from fat loss while she worked on healing her relationship with food and healing her body 🧘‍♀️. She stopped tracking macros and started eating what she wanted. She faced her fears of weight gain, of being “unhealthy”, of losing all her fitness. And now, 4 months later, she has been binge free ever since, has a healthy period back without the pill, and FINALLY feels free to go on vacations with her husband, wine nights🍷 with her girlfriends, or family visits without stressing about the food 🥳. Imagine where you could be in 4 months if you got started today?!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Apply to my program at the ✨link in bio✨ so you can find freedom around food - like Kristin did!

Hands up 🙌🏻 if you agree⠀ .⠀ .⠀ For so many years I thought bingeing was a character flaw, a bad habit I needed to break, something I might have to live with for the rest of my life and just figure out a way to have more self-control so I could reach my physique goals and be happy. I didn’t but the pieces together that my lost period and bingeing were related. And so many of my clients don’t until they come to me, either 😢.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ I lost my period in the beginning of my fitness journey when all I did was run 🏃🏼‍♀️ and eat as little calories as possible. I saw that as my “restrictive phase” - but once I started eating a bit more, lifting, and flexible dieting 🏋🏼‍♀️ I thought I was over that. By then I was on the pill💊 to “regulate my cycle” (as my OBGYN put it) and I basically forgot about it 🤷🏼‍♀️. It wasn’t till I graduated college, was in the midst of a cut and STILL having massive, all out binges at least once per week after spending my entire college career trying to stop bingeing - that I decided enough was enough. I was done being consumed by food, my health was spiraling downwards, and I didn’t want to be on the pill anymore. Can you relate??⠀ .⠀ .⠀ I realized the root cause of my bingeing was restriction, not a bad habit or something inherently wrong with me. And everything clicked. That’s why I couldn’t get my period without the pill, that’s why I had nutrient deficencies and low blood pressure, THAT’s why my digestion sucked. I started learning where I was still restricting, breaking 🙅‍♀️ those rules, and for the first time in my lifr TRULY giving myself unconditional permission to eat...and guess what?!? That binges stopped and I got my period back naturally! 3 years later, I still pinch myself sometimes that I’m able to cut/bulk, lift and build my body in the way I love without bingeing or living a life obsessed with food. I never thought it would be possible for me. And now I show other women just like me how to do this too ❤️. So you don’t have to waste another second struggling and feeling alone and hopeless.⠀ .⠀ .⠀ If you’re ready to stop bingeing for good and feel TRULY healthy and fit 💪 - apply to my program ✨link in bio✨

Hands up 🙌🏻 for taking proper rest! . . As lifters, we are well aware of the need for proper rest from the gym to recover and prepare for next session 🏋🏼‍♀️. But when we are on the pill 💊 for a missing period, dealing with bingeing and have a past history of restriction/overexercise - we often underestimate our need for rest 😬. Taking a break from structured exercise allows our body the time and space to heal, repair and come back to the gym ready to crush some weight and hit physique goals without bingeing or obsession 😍. Amanda is doing it...so can you!! . . Amanda joined my program last month because she was tired of living with constant anxiety and preoccupation with food, fear of losing control around sweets 🍫 and processed foods, and anxiety on rest days 😥. Her relationship with food and fitness was holding her back from living a full, happy life - and on top of that, her period was missing 😳. She knew this was no way to live...but she needed support to figure out how to heal her body and finally achieve that balanced relationship with food and fitness she’s seeking. Can you relate?! . . Amanda worked through her fears of weight gain by taking BABY steps. She started by reducing the length of her workouts, then started taking extra rest days, all while challenging her rules around food following TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Method. She‘s been so pleasantly surprised to find that what she feared would happen when she reduced exercise was the exact OPPOSITE of what happened - she feels less inflamed, more at peace around food, and looks “glowy” (as her hubby puts it 😉). And even better?! This month her period came! She still has work to do to keep it regular and take more baby steps towards healing her body and relationship with food - but she’s happy to already be feeling SO much better 🥰. You can do this too! . . One of the foundational steps in my program is taking an exercise break. When done right, it is an amazing tool to help you stop bingeing and get a period back without the pill 💊 by reducing stress hormones and conserving energy. Why do you want to get your period back? Comment below 👇🏻 . . If you’re like my clients, you’re NOT 🙅‍♀️trying to get pregnant right now (hello finishing school and learning how to be an adult 👩🏼‍🏫), but you have a feeling not being able to get a period is not healthy 🤔. And I am here to confirm your suspicions - IT’S NOT. Many doctor’s will tell you that losing your period is normal for fit women, and recommend you take the pill 💊 to regulate - until you want to get pregnant when you can get off and explore “other options” (ahem, more medication 🤫). But there’s a way to get it back naturally, a way that ALSO heals your relationship with food, stops your bingeing and allows you to FINALLY reach fitness and physique goals from a place of balance 🙏🏻. I walk you through it step-by-step in TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Group Coaching. . . I lost my period shortly after I started my fitness journey, working out consistently and lost weight. I was on cloud 9, FINALLY living in the lean body 💪 that I always wanted and getting compliments left and right. The only problem was I started having weekly out of control binges, and my body was showing signs of undereating and overexercise 😬. But I didn’t realize it yet - and when I told the doctor they just recommended the pill. I thought - well if I don’t want to get pregnant right now...I guess it’s okay that I can’t get my natural period? But somehow taking a medication everyday to do what my body is naturally supposed to just didn’t feel right 😥 - can you relate?! . . With time, I was validated in learning that no period is NOT normal or healthy. A healthy, normal period is a sign of optimal fertility in women. And fertility is a sign of our overall health - REGARDLESS if we want to get pregnant or not. I stopped letting doctors brush off my concerns and came to terms with the fact that the reason my period went missing was the same reason I couldn’t stop bingeing - I was not eating enough and working out🏋🏼‍♀️ too much! Once I healed from that - I stopped bingeing and got my period naturally ❤️ you can too . . Click the ✨link in bio✨ and apply for a spot in my program where I teach you how to do this too!

Hands up 🙌 if you’re ready to STOP comparing yourself to IG fitspos⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀ .⠀⠀⠀ A lot of these women, and the body standards in the fitness industry 🏋🏼‍♀️ in general, don’t carry the minimum body fat (20-22%) that the average woman would need to maintain a healthy menstrual cycle *without the pill* 🤯.⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ Before I overcame bingeing and got my period back without the pill 💊, I used to fall into the comparison trap CONSTANTLY. I would hop on the explore page of IG & before I knew it I was in DEEP into photos & workout vids 🏋🏼‍♀️ from fitspos. A part of me knew it was silly, but after just a few minutes of that I would already be thinking about how I could change my nutrition & training to look more like them 🤔. I would think - “how do they do this without bingeing or struggling with hormonal issues? Whats wrong with me?!” I thought about my struggles with food and felt even more hopeless and lost 😔. Can you relate??⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ My client Simran definitely can. She came to me to get her period back without medication 💊 and a balance with fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️ and food 🧁. But she loves lifting and even works in the fitness space! - so she was constantly comparing and feeling mad at her body & mind for “not working” when all these other women seemed to stay lean 💪 without any issues with food or their period 😖. Together we worked on her mindset 🧘‍♀️around body image & comparison to other women 👭 as she took steps towards a healthy, natural cycle ❣️ and food freedom. Last week she FINALLY got her period back naturally and feels so free around food now that she can keep a Ben & Jerry’s 🍦in the fridge, have a couple bites when she craves it and then *literally* not think about it anymore! This feels unreal to her 🥳 and you can do this too!!⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ .⠀⠀ If you’re ready to stop the comparison - ✨click the link in bio✨ to book a free discovery call and learn how to stop bingeing 🌈 for good, get your period back without the pill and find balance with fitness 🏋🏼‍♀️⠀⠀

Swipe right 👉🏻 to see the full explanation 🤓 . . I talk all the time about how a calorie deficit and restriction around food causes bingeing - but did you know too much exercise can make it harder to break free from the urge to binge too 😱? For this reason (and more I won’t go into right now) - TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Group Program asks you to take a break from structured exercise and focus on gentle movement while you heal your relationship with food and get your period back without the pill 💪💊. Are you ready to do the damn thing?! . . When you expend a lot of energy, but don’t eat more to compensate (or worse...stay in a calorie deficit like so many of my clients did! 😬) - you set your body up with a lack of energy available for all it’s normal processes. It has to fuel all your activity 🚶‍♀️and essential functions like bloodflow and breathing - so it pulls back where it can in order to conserve energy to keep you alive. This often leads to messed up digestion (bloating, constipation/diarrhea, excess gass), shut down reproduction (no period), low thyroid function (leading to a slower metabolism, feeling cold all the time, trouble sleeping, etc), and more. But none of this is healthy, and the body knows! So it starts sending you strong, unresistable urges to eat so it can have the energy to work normally again and feel safe ❤️. . . The solution? YES, eat more. But also - rest more and conserve that precious energy for healing your relationship with food and your body, girl!! Hundreds of women have taken this approach with success - see my clients Sofia, Kristin, Colie, Haley, Ornela, Jordi and more in my previois posts 👯‍♀️ - and you can too!! . . I walk you step-by-step through how to eat and rest enough in the TWN🏋🏼‍♀️ Group Program. Don’t let underfueling and overtraining keep you stuck bingeing and being unable to reach your fitness goals and your goals in LIFE any longer. Apply for a spot in my program at the ✨link in bio✨
