Throwback to 2018 when we could still travel, and the beautiful sunsets of Tanganga in Colombia. We volunteered at a @casalandhostal here for 3 months. Tanganga was, and still one of our favourite places from our travels. We made so many great memories there and met some of our best friends working at the hostel too! Oh, and also got our money stolen 😩. We had to try the Monday Madness specials at @country_bake in Musgrave. Cakes, pastries, breakfast and drinks from R10 - R13 only! 😮 This custard Danish are absolute divine 😋. This is one of those hidden gems in Durban, and it's been around since 1991,and we never knew! But it's totally worth a visit - on a regular basis 😉. We've been wanting to try @sofraistanbulsa in Durban for a while, and what better day than our anniversary! They serve delicious traditional Turkish food, and have all our favorites that reminded us of our travels in Turkey. We had the Lamb/Beef Doner Kebab wrap and the falafel platter - absolutely amazing! And Po finally got to taste his favourite drink, Ayran, again. We didn't have space for dessert but we are definitely going back for a treat, and breakfast too! We visited the one at Gateway but they also have branches in Florida Road and The Pavilion. The Little Church at Van Reenen is the best kept secret between Johannesburg and Durban and totally worth a visit.
