Tim provides seminars through his Sensory Seminars. He is an entertainer at heart from his years as a musician and former Elvis impersonator for charities over 23 years. He has studied gemology, graphology, graphic designer to NLP and authored of 23 books.

Author and Trainer for Tony Robbins - 2001 to 2009 Upon selling his companies he became a speaker and trainer for Tony Robbins. Yes, he did the fire walks without a single blister. Those experiences to become an entrepreneur’s, speaker and author’s coach. He has trained over 1,500 speakers, authors, employees and entrepreneurs. Two of his speakers reached the world championship at the Toastmasters International Speech contest.

Founder and CEO of TidyMaid Services 1979 to 2001 Tim began his first entrepreneur experience with $13. TidyMaid Services became one of the first residential cleaning companies in the United States. It grew to do millions in sales. He developed all software and training systems. He also launched The Little Jeweler, one of the first jewelry and watch repair centers located within supermarkets. As a result he was awarded The Entrepreneur of the Year and Florida business person of the Year.

Devoted to Veterans and Charities 2013-2019 As a former Army Ranger Tim volunteered at the Veterans Hospitals helping veterans going through rehab program and teaching them the art of leadership and public speaking. Tim currently provides on going support to presenters and new entrepreneurs at www. 1millioncups.org His greatest joy is seeing his students succeed. He is the 2nd of ten children. Eight are entrepreneurs. He has seven children and six grand children.
