Happy FRY-DAY 🥰 In celebration of Pennsylvania going to the "green phase" today🚦🎉 I wanted to highlight one of our favorite local spots @lovebird.pa 💯 (that just opened a location 3 minutes from our house!!) . Way healthier & tastier than KFC and GLUTEN-FREE! We don't eat fried foods often, but when we do this is our place 🙌 Such a treat for people with Celiac Disease or gluten-intolerance!! Locally sourced ingredients, non-gmo, no antibiotics ➡️ they also have salads, bowls, sandwiches....Be sure to check out their website for all the gluten-free items their menu offers! . Right now they are also taking nominations for their Feed A Family program aimed at helping individuals & families in need during this difficult time ❤❤ I'll add the direct link in my bio. . 📸 Popcorn Chicken, hand cut fries, crispy brussels with mint & chili's🤤🤤 . Perfect Pudding Parfait 😋 . I used the recipe on the box of @kinnikinnickgf vanilla wafers #gifted for the vanilla pudding(subbed dairy-free milk for regular & used pure maple syrup instead of sugar) Went to my backyard and foraged for the berries 🤣 cause we try to be sustainable like that 😜 Served it cold for a refreshing summer dessert 🌞 . Vanilla wafers were one of Cassidy's favorite treats before going gluten-free & these @kinnikinnickgf wafers taste just like we remember 🥰

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies are so easy and naturally gluten-free! They don’t contain any flour, are sweetened with unrefined coconut sugar, and are loaded with peanut buttery flavor. What ingredients do I need to make this Peanut Butter Cookie recipe? For the chocolate dip, all you’ll need are semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil.

FIRE UP THE GRILL 🔥🔥🔥 These Fajita Foil Packs are such an easy meal & perfect for summer 🌞 Just toss the chicken, peppers and onions in a homemade fajita seasoning, wrap individual servings up in foil and grill! . #Recipe ⬇️ 2 chicken breasts, cut in thin strips 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper & Half onion cut in thin strips . Toss in a large bowl with : 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp garlic powder, onion powder & cumin 1 tsp salt Pepper to taste Juice of 1 lime Separate into individual portions of foil and fold up to close. GRILL on medium heat about 20 mins. On our @campchef smoker I set the temp to open heat at 400. . Happy First Day of Summer!! 🌞🌞🌞

Easy Chocolate Raspberry Cut-Out Cookies

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner which means you need chocolate recipes, and you’re going to love these cookies! Using pre-made Sweet Loren’s cookie dough makes the baking process super easy! Sweet Loren’s dough is not only gluten-free but vegan, non-gmo and made with only clean ingredients. You’ll need one package of Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Chocolate Cookie Dough.

Have you seen enough banana bread recipes yet?! I didn't think so 😜 . It's easy to sub any regular wheat recipe with a good 1 to 1 GF baking flour, but when it comes to alternative flours it can get a little tricky. We bake with almond flour A LOT for a lot of reasons. It's nutrient packed with protein & healthy fats, it's naturally GF/grain-free, and helps us stay away from eating too much rice, starch & fillers. We get a huge 3lb bag at @costco For only 12.99🙌 . Recipe ⬇️ 3 cups almond flour 3 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 4 tbsp coconut oil 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt . For the top! Cut 1 banana in half lengthwise, dip the cut side in brown sugar(or you could use coconut sugar), then place each half cut side UP into the batter. Bake at 350° in a greased loaf pan for 50-55 minutes. Makes 1 loaf. . Happy Friday! ❤❤
