Best restaurant in town 🙌🤣 . Because I just wanted to do something fun today to inspire you to get in the kitchen! Hope this reel gives you a laugh 😆 Stay safe(#celiacsafe), save money & eat fresh 🤩 . Here's how I made these deliciously easy Burrito Bowls 😋 . Meat ⬇️ I seasoned 1lb cooked & crumbled ground turkey with 2 tsp cumin + 1 tsp chili powder + 1/2 tsp paprika + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp salt or to taste. . Southwestern Sauce ⬇️ I used 1/2 cup plain yogurt + 1/2 cup mayo. You can use all yogurt or all mayo, just use about 1 cup total. Add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp each of paprika + chili powder + garlic powder & onion powder + 1/2 tsp ground cumin. Mix all together. . Sweet & Salty Frozen Yogurt Bark 🤤 PEANUT BUTTER + CHOCOLATE + PRETZELS is such an irresistible combo! . Spread your favorite vanilla yogurt evenly across a parchment lined sheet pan. (I used a 32oz container because I wanted to make a lot 😍) Melt 1/2 cup peanut butter in the microwave for about 20 secs until drizzly. Swirl into the yogurt, then top with chocolate chips and broken #glutenfree pretzels 🥨 Freeze for at least 3 hours then break into pieces. Farmer's Market Omelet 😋 Loaded with allllll the seasonal veggies & herbs🌿🍅 I talked in my story the other day about how I'm missing the simple, beautiful food photos ever since reels took over the I'm bringing them back 🙌🤩 . Here's how I made it ⬇️ *makes 2 👍 4 eggs(from our 🐓🐓) + 1/3 cup unsweetened DF milk(@good_karma_foods w/protein). Whisk in about 1 tbsp chopped basil, 1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Heat a couple tsp of avocado oil in a small skillet and pour half the egg mixture. Add the veggies(yellow squash, zucchini slices, tomatoes and onions) while the eggs were cooking so they softened but still had a crunch 😍 . FUNFETTI Ice Box Cake 🤩 I made this cake last weekend for my daughter's 12th birthday 🎉 Having 4 summer birthdays, ice cream cakes happen a lot over here! It's easy, no bake, has unlimited flavor combos, and is so refreshing on a hot summer day 🌞And if you bought a springform pan after my last ice cream cake post, then here's another fun use for it 🙌 . Recipe ⬇️ . 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding 1-8oz frozen coolwhip 2 cups milk Lots of sprinkles 😍 #glutenfree cookies-I used @scharglutenfree shortbread cookies😋 . Mix the vanilla pudding mixes and milk in a large bowl then stir in cool whip until well combined. Add sprinkles ✨️Layer 1/3 of the mixture into a springform pan, top with cookies. Continue with another layer of coolwhip mixture + more cookies, then finish with the last of the coolwhip. Top with extra sprinkles, freeze overnight then decorate however you want! Basil Butter 🌿😋 If corn on the cob is on your 4th of july weekend menu(which it probably is in every American house right now 😂), take it to the next level with this homemade basil butter 🤩 . All you need is ⬇️ 1/2 cup softened butter(a dairy free spread also works!) + 2 cloves minced garlic + a handful of freshly diced basil leaves...I never measure the basil, the more basil the better in my opinion 😜 If your butter isn't salted, add a little to taste. Mix all together well, then keep in the fridge until ready to serve. It's best to make this at least a few hours ahead to allow the flavors to really come together 😍 You're going to love it! ❤️ P.S.**try it on garlic bread too 🤤 . . . #4thofjulyweekend #thrivingglutenfree
