Viral Tomato & Feta Pasta 🍅 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Preheat oven to 400. Add 12oz of cherry tomatoes & 3 cloves of minced garlic to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. 2. Add a block of feta to the middle and drizzle with more olive oil. Top it all with seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, onion/garlic powder, basil & chili flakes) 3. Mix around to make sure everything is well covered in seasoning/ oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes. 4. While it is baking, cook 1/2 lb pasta in salted water ( I used nodi marini from @thegiadzy ) until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 5. When the tomatoes have burst and the feta is slightly browned, remove from the pan. 6. Smush the tomatoes & feta together to make a sauce. Add a dash of pasta water and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. 7. Add your cooked pasta and mix all together. Add a handful of fresh chopped basil & more pasta water as needed. 8. Top with more parm and enjoy! #thesecarbsdontcount

Pesto Chicken Pasta 🤩 I made this extra flavorful with @kettleandfire broth! RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2 lb of pasta in salted water until al dente. 2. Cut 2 chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, basil & garlic / onion powder. 3. Add 2 tbsp of butter and a dash of olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Add your l chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and add 2 tbsp of butter & 3 cloves of minced garlic. Cook until fragrant and then add 4oz of broth. I used @kettleandfire bone broth. 5. Bring the broth to a simmer and add 3/4 a cup of heavy cream. Season with the same seasonings used on the chicken then add 1/2 a cup of pesto. 6. Mix well then add your cooked pasta, cooked chicken and a dash of pasta water. Let your pasta & sauce cook together for a few minutes then add 3/4 a cup of Parmesan. Mix to combine then top with more cheese and enjoy :) #KFPartner #thesecarbsdontcount

Cheeesin because this Chicken Alfredo is soo good! This is how I made it ⬇️ 1. Cook 1/2lb pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 2. Cut two chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, onion/ garlic powder, basil & paprika. 3. Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat then add your chicken. 4. Cook on both sides until fully cooked. About 4 mins each side. 5. Remove from the pan and add 5 tbsp of butter. 6. Add 4 cloves minced garlic and cook for a few minutes until fragrant. 7. Add 2 cups of heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and season with the same prior seasonings. 8. Add your cooked pasta, chicken, 1 cup of Parmesan & a dash of pasta water. Mix all together. 9. Add more Parmesan if needed and enjoy ❤️ #thesecarbsdontcount

It would be SHELLfish not to share this Tomato Basil Vodka Sauce recipe with you 🍅 RECIPE ⬇️ 1. Cook ½ lb pasta in salted water until al dente. 2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to a pan with a dash of olive oil. 3. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and 6oz cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and cook until soft. Smush tomatoes. 4. Add 3 tbsp tomato paste and cook for a minute or two. 5. Add 1 shot of vodka. I like Tito’s! 6. Add 1 cup heavy cream and mix until combined. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes to burn the alcohol off. Season your dish. I used salt, pepper & red pepper flakes. 7. Add your cooked pasta, a dash of pasta water and ½ cup parmesan & fresh basil. 8. Cook for a few minutes and then top with extra Parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy :) #thesecarbsdontcount
