My Top Ten Favorite Makeup Brushes

When it comes to make up and the beauty world, we tend to skip over the products we use to apply our make up when in reality they are just as important! Also, if you’re looking to find out more of my favorite beauty products check out some of my most recent beauty posts! Concealer is probably my favorite make up product because uhh, it hides those tired mama circles that I can’t seem to get rid of. If you can’t tell already, I love money-friendly options for most of my make up items but ESPECIALLY brushes because well, I would rather spend more of my money on the actual products.

10 Seasonal Affective Disorder Remedies

While it is most common for individuals to experience seasonal affective disorder during the winter season, it is possible to experience SAD in the summer months (National Institute of Mental Health). The darker your skin tone, the more sunlight intake you need to improve Vitamin D levels? Healthline suggests that you should get AT LEAST 30 minutes of midday sunlight in order to maintain healthy Vitamin D levels, but mentions that those who have darker skin may need more time outside. The best way to beat SAD is to make sure it has absolutely no reason to make you sad.

Potty Training: Get It Done

Potty training can be a very frustrating time for both you and your child. Get whatever you need to clean up accidents, but always remember that ACCIDENTS happen and when it comes to potty training, they WILL happen. In addition to your potty training weekend, plan for that weekend to consist of no pants for your toddler. I personally did not do this when potty training Aubrey but have heard many parents make up a song that works for when their child had to go.
