One thing that's hard when shopping at as gluten free eater is the amount of food that contains gluten that you'd never have thought of. Or if you're a newly diagnosed celiac you have no idea where to start. Here's six to start with: 🚩 Soy sauce 🚩 Worcestershire sauce (yes Canadian's that means cesars too) 🚩 BBQ chips (I cringe that I say chips because back home they're crisps) 🚩 Liquorice 🚩 Canned soup 🚩 Jar sauces Want a part 2? #glutenfreefood #glutenfree #celiacdisease

I do love a choc chip pecan banana muffin, you’d never know these were gluten free 🍌 I used an @epicureofficial from @epicurespicemama - it was 4 ingredients and took 5 mins to prepared and 18 mins to bake! #glutenfreebaking #bananamuffins #glutenfreemuffins #epicure #epicureofficial

Visit to @craftbeermarket yesterday and there were three beers on offer from @glutenbergbeer and @whistlerbrewing - tried the IPA for the first time and it was 10/10. Menus are clearly marked with the risk of cross contamination and to ask about celiac options. I had the garlic Parmesan fries without beer salt and they were oven baked, the fryers aren’t safe! #craftbeer #vancouverfoodie #yvrfoodie #glutenfreebeer #glutenfreefinds #glutenfreevancouver #glutenfreefood
