It doesn’t hurt how incredibly comfortable it all is. I swear I could sleep in it too!! I’ve been trying to be better about prioritizing getting a workout in or going on a walk - I love using that time to listen to a podcast or do a walking meditation and sometimes nothing at all so I can just clear my head (v necessary as a working mom of two little girls).
