How I make my tofu scramble 🫑🧄🌶️ Tips: • Use firm or extra firm tofu. No need to freeze it but be sure to squeeze the excess water out • If you plan to make these often, go ahead and create a tofu “egg” seasoning blend. Start by using 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast, 2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of turmeric, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp curry powder, and 3/4 tsp of kala namak/black salt. Feel free to adjust this as needed! You can also make this using soy free tofu. I suggest using pumpkin seed tofu or fava bean tofu. I’ve tried it with chickpea tofu and it didn’t have the same texture. The seasoning blend would also pair well with a chickpea scramble/omelet if you prefer that! #tofuscramble #howtocookwithtofu #howtomakeatofuscramble #veganbreakfastidea #plantbasedrecipes

Roasted veggies: 1 small purple sweet potato 3 cups broccoli florets Olive oil All-purpose seasoning Garlic powder Black pepper Salt (if using a salt-free all-purpose seasoning) Crispy tofu (the method I mentioned in this video works best with soy based tofu. I don’t recommend freezing soy free tofu) : 2 servings of extra firm tofu 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce (I ran out of both so I improvised) All-purpose seasoning Olive oil Garlic powder 2 tbsp cornstarch Pro tip: combine some hemp seeds with your quinoa for extra protein and healthy fats! KALE CASHEW PESTO 🤤 dairy-free and delicious! Here’s my sauce of the weekkkkkk! I’m already on my second batch of this pesto because it’s so good and easy to whip together. To make this, all you need is: • Curly kale - I’ve also tried this with dino/lacinto kale, but I have to say curly kale is my favorite • Fresh basil • Garlic cloves • Nutritional yeast - you can also use dairy-free parmesan. My go-to brands for dairy-free parmesan are Follow Your Heart, Vio Life, and Simple Truth • Salt and black pepper • Cashew butter - storebought or homemade • Lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar • Olive oil • Water The exact measurements are on my website (linked in my stories and bio)! PEA PROTEIN CRUMBLES - I love using these in tacos, pasta, veggie bowls, etc! They are similar to textured vegetable protein but made from peas. I’ve been using the pea protein crumbles from @wholesome.provisions (ordered from amazon) and @eatplantboss (pick up from my local grocery store). Let me know if you want to see more ways to add protein to your meals!! As a heads up, if you’re allergic to peanuts, you likely won’t be able to have these based on what I’ve read online about peas and peanut allergies. #plantbasedprotein #peaprotein #veganprotein
