A nice healthy snack. Mashed sweet potatoes. . . . Get a sweet potato and wash it. Drop the potato off. Coat potato with a tsp of olive oil. Let it bake for 45 minutes. Peel and top it with the toppings of your choice. I used cinnamon and stevia today
