SO filling and SO delicious! I freeze these and pop one in the microwave for like 7 seconds when I need a fast snack. ALSO these aren’t just for breastfeeding moms - my whole house loves these!! ✨BLUEBERRY (or any fruit u like) CRUMBLE BAR RECIPE✨ 3 cups rolled oats 3 cups flour 1 + 1/2 cups brown sugar 2 sticks butter 1/2 cup coconut oil Mix all ingredients with your hands. Will be tough with a soon. Divide this into 1/3 parts Save 2/3 for the bottom part Save 1/3 for the crumble top Press 2/3 of the mixture into a pan. Fruit filling: 14 ounce bag of frozen fruit (I like blueberries) Juice of 1 lemon or a citrus of your choosing 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 cup sugar Rinse water over frozen fruit and squish as much water as possible out. Then combine all ingredients. Set oven to 350. Bake the bottom part of the bar (2/3 part of mixture) for 10 minutes. Add your fruit filling. Spread evenly. Then top with remaining crumble. Bake for another 25-30 minutes. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
