With the “new normal” going on, it’s hard to find options for a nice Friday night, or simply to get some fresh air and a nice meal, especially in New York City. I went to the Sushi Lab, located in the Sanctuary Hotel and mmmm, I finally found my sushi place 🙂 When dining at Japanese restaurants, the Omasake is a plate where the customer leaves it up to the chef to select and serve seasonal specialties. I enjoyed at least three of their Spicy Tokis: Japanese whiskey, jalapeno, lime, topped with sparkling water.
