You don’t have to sacrifice health or taste when looking for a quick, gluten free meal! I’m always looking for simple meals that take 10 min or less to whip up, because let’s be honest, who has time? This meatball wrap has only 4 ingredients (if you buy the meatballs premade) 1. @sietefoods almond flour tortilllas (or your choice gf tortilla) 2. Chicken meatballs (I used @amylufoods bc they use simple clean ingredients. @traderjoes has some premade gf ones as well) 3. Kale or spinach 4. I wanted to make a recipe that was simple, delicious, and made with minimal ingredients. These Chocolate Chip Almond Flour Cookie Bites are just that. Here is the recipe you can use to make them yourself! Ingredients: -2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour -1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar or maple syrup) -1 egg -1/2 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp vanilla -1/4 cup chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350F 2. Add dry ingredients and mix 3. Add wet ingredients and mix until it forms into dough consistency 4. Form 1 inch cook dough balls and place on a cookie sheet 5. It’s my birthday 🥳 and these Gluten Free Funfetti Ice Cream Sandwiches are the perfect way to celebrate this summer 🌈 The recipe is super simple. First you start off by making Cake Mix Cookies: - @funfetti gluten free cake mix - 1/2 c butter or vegetable oil - 2 eggs or egg replacement (I made mine vegan using @bobsredmill egg replacer) - 2 tbsp water Form dough into balls and bake 350F for about 12 min. Let them cool then add your favorite ice cream 🍦 I used @heb nondairy vanilla ice cream— they have a ton of vegan, gluten free options! Iced Matcha Dragon Fruit Latte 🍵💗 I’m always trying to add more color to my diet—even in my lattes! This recipe was super fun to make and also incredibly simple. Matcha is a powerhouse when it comes to health benefits. It’s anti-inflammatory, antioxidant rich, and amazing for focus and energy! This blend makes it super easy to make your matcha latte in seconds. I linked @flipmylifenow Super Matcha Latte in my bio if you want to learn more. I used @flipmylifenow Super Matcha Latte blend— made with matcha tea, MCT oil, almond, cardamom, nutmeg, and pistachio. The flavor combo is amazing! All you have to do is mix the matcha blend with some water, froth it up, add some ice cubes, then top with Dragon Fruit creamer. Here’s how I made the creamer: - Refrigerate one can of full fat coconut milk for at least a few hours (preferably overnight) or use your favorite creamer of choice - Use a few spoonfuls of the cold coconut cream (it will be at the top of the can) - 1-2 tbsp of nut milk - Dragon fruit— I used freeze dried powder but you can use fresh or frozen Dragon fruit as well. I used 1 tsp of powder - Add all cold foam ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy and smooth Layer on top of your matcha latte for this fun, colorful, and delicious treat! #flipmylife #flipmylifenow #agelessgeneration

Lemon Blueberry Baked Oats 🫐🍋 If you are searching for a healthy and delicious breakfast, you will want to save this recipe! I added @kachava Vanilla to my Lemon Blueberry Baked Oats to make this healthy recipe even healthier. @kachava is super versatile— it blended perfectly into this breakfast and can easily be incorporated into other baked goods. Plus it includes 25g of plant protein, super greens, omegas + MCTs, adaptogens, and more! To whip up this perfect spring flavored breakfast you will need: * One scoop @kachava Vanilla * 1/2 ground gluten free oats (I blended mine in the blender but you can also use a food processor) * 1/2 tsp baking powder * 1 egg * 1 tbsp lemon juice * 1 tbsp lemon zest * 1/2 cup nutmilk * blueberries (as many as you like!) * optional 1 tbsp maple syrup for some added sweetness I baked these in two 7 oz ramekin. Set the oven to 350 F. Mix all dry ingredients then add in eggs, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mix. Fold in blueberries and bake for 20 minutes. I call this — Clean My Pantry Out I’m Going On Vacation GF Banana Muffins 😂 But that’s exactly what these are! They came out delicious, super fluffy and light. Plus they’re made with no refined sugar. I had two overripe bananas 🍌 so I knew it meant banana muffin time. I made a blend of gf flours using leftover @kinnikinnickgf flour and @bethblends nut free flour. Here’s the full random, but delicious recipe: - 1 c @bethblends flour - 1/2 c @kinnikinnickgf flour - two over ripe bananas (I used less sweetener bc this already gave some sweetness to the recipe!) - 2 tbsp coconut oil - 2 eggs - 1 tsp baking powder - 4 tbsp @nancysyogurt - 2 tbsp maple syrup - optional @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips Set oven to 350 f, blend wet ingredients, add in dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
