Nursing school tips: 1. Have a designated study space- wether it be at home, library or a café- study somewhere where you can focus and put your textbooks/computer on a hard surface- bed or couch will make you SO distracted! 2. Learn how you study best- do you like to re write your lectures down? Flash cards? Listening to other YouTube videos? Studying in a group? Don’t feel imposter syndrome. Just because everyone else is doing flash cards does not mean that it’s the best for you! 3. You CAN have a social life in nursing school- you need to prioritize but it is SO important to make sure that self care (however that looks like for you) is top on your list! 4. Clinical is an integral part of nursing school- the connections and experiences you make there are crucial! Being prepared and comfortable is key! What I absolutely love about being a nurse is the fact that there is always room to grow and learn- which means that our careers are never boring!
