This is 30 🎂🎉🫶🕊 I am grateful for another year, I am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been in my life. I have made it through some of the most difficult times, but things couldn’t be better for me. Today, my mind is clear and my heart is at peace. I’m excited to see what else is in store for me in the very near future. I have simplified my life in ways I never thought I would be able to. I have removed all people, places and things that have a heavy energy attached to them. I have learned to set boundaries to protect my heart. I have learned to find the joy in everything I do from eating a meal, going for a walk in nature - to spending time with close friends and family. I am present in everything that I do and with every person that comes into my path. I am grateful for every single thing in each and every moment of every single day. I am proud of the woman I am today. I am grateful for my strength, my resilience, my passion, my kindness, my grace, my empathy and my will to push through anything. 30 years of hard work, good morals, decent life choices, a lot of love in my heart, dedication, sacrifice and commitment.
