SOLO TRAVEL SAFETY TIPS👇🏼 solo travel is soooo amazing and I truly believe it transformed my life and my confidence!! there’s nothing like proving to yourself that you can do anything, and you can do it alone🫶🏼 safety is # 1 tho so here are 4 of my best tips!! (save this for later!) 1. don’t post your location in real time!! unless it’s to like a close friends story, I never post where I am in real time if I’m traveling solo! 1-it’s nice to put your phone away & actually enjoy the experience and 2-you just never know what could happen! 2. do your research ahead of time! it really helps to look up where you want to go in advance, so you aren’t wandering around looking lost & confused! plus I hate spending my time on vacation looking up things to do…so much better to know what your options are ahead of time! 3. stay in reputable hotels or hostels! I love to get recs from my friends and read 100s of reviews. this is an area I’m willing to splurge on to stay in a safer area or be at a place that has staff onsite at all hours! 4. don’t let fear hold you back! there’s always gonna be someone who tells you it’s scary, dangerous, not worth it, etc and my advice is DON’T LISTEN to the haters! do your research ahead of time & talk to other women who’ve traveled solo to where you wanna go. and always trust your gut - if something feels off it probably is🙏🏼 would you ever solo travel?✨ #traveblog #travelblogger #travelbloggers #travelbloggers #canyourelate #travelgram #travelgirl #travelthings #solotravel #solotraveltips #femalesolotraveler #femalesolotravel
