To The Headstart Staff Watching My Son

But my concern isn’t that he’s starting school, it’s that he’s been diagnosed by the age of 3 with mild to severe asthma Unfortunately the nurse assigned to your school goes to other schools and it sounds like the school just doesn’t want to be held reliable. but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t train your staff to know the signs of an asthma attack. We also happen to live in a desert city and this weather doesn’t help his allergies, but I refuse to let him grow up and let his asthma be an excuse for falling behind.

Opinion (aren’t they all, though): Friendsgiving Is the New Turkey Day

You’re just here for the turkey and wine, but think about it; You and your other working friends are making plans to coordinate dishes for the potluck, whose apartment you’re going to host it at and you’ll probably end up talking sh*t about your jobs and end up referring each other to people you’ve worked with to suggest the next time you’ve the advice you can provide, whether it’s trying out that new Matcha Cafe that just opened up down the block or mentioning that you got your flyers copied for cheap at that shady place y’all were too scared to try before, you’re strengthening that bond between y’all that shows you’ve grown together while you still have each other’s backs. Don’t put too much thought into it putting on a “happy mask”… but take it all in and evaluate the bridges you’ve built and pat yourself on the back for being a healthy grown-up you’ve

Drinking? Here’s A Good Before/After Care Routine!

Again, considering you will most likely order items like nachos, fried pickles or other fatty foods (because we all know that unhealthy food goes AMAZING with our shots, it’s practically a science… and if your bar serves any food, this might be all they have) to keep yourself from feeling bad the next morning. Try not to do any “working out” that’s not necessary fro work as you’ll wear yourself out, which will make you tired faster while drinking and also not help the morning after. From Home to Night Out Ok, try to grab some sort of dinner on your way home that, again, isn’t fatty or overly greasy. If you prefer to set an alarm of some sort just so you don’t sleep in all day, try to do something calming or a chill song that won’t contribute to any headache you may have in the morning.

The Positivity Movement isn’t as great as it sounds…

I want to set the record straight on healthy positivity: When you find yourself complaining and labeling your day as “bad”, just reminder yourself that it might be a bad moment There’s nothing wrong with feeling your emotions and you should NEVER succumb to forcing an emotion all the time (masking your emotions now and lashing out later is NOT good mental behavior) so take the time to remember that it will get better and this moment doesn’t have to define your whole day… and if it does’ then tomorrow is another day! Anyone who knows about dieting (not fads, not fast dieting but actually eating better) will tell you that cutting out ALL “bad” things isn’t the way to go, and that you should incorporate other snacks instead or healthier options and works with what your body is responding to. If you’re using food as instant gratification (you know it tastes good and you need something to make you feel better) then you’ll end up regretting it later when you’ve eaten your feelings and now feel bad about your body..
