5S TO SUCCESS⁠⁠: ⁠⁠ Sort ​​✨ Start by going through everything in your drawers and within reach of your desk. Only keep the essential items you actually use. If it’s not needed to complete a work process, it should leave the work area.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Set in order ✨ Get organized by giving each item a designated place. Make it logical so tasks get easier to complete. TIP: get drawer organizers so you don’t have to think twice about where the pens go, and remove as many extra movements as possible - even things like bending or opening boxes take brain power.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Shine ✨ A clean and orderly workplace supports purpose-driven work. Wipe down your desk, bring those coffee mugs to the kitchen, and please PLEASE get screen wipes for your laptop.⁠⁠ ⁠⁠ Standardize ✨ Create a set of standards for both organization and processes for the first 3 S’s.
