The thought behind sharing on Social Media was accountability and a place to document all of the yummy meals I was coming up with so I could refer back to them later. I started having brands reach out, my following grew, and I started caring about those numbers. My primary reasons for sharing changed. Though Iโ€™m thankful for the opportunities that came my way and the opportunity to teach myself social media marketing and creator techniquesโ€” my health goals were never the same or my primary focus. โ € By the end of 2022 the engagement on my account declined, life and work got extremely busy, and I started to feel less inclined to continue to share and put time into this account. Slowly add flour and then Baking soda and powder, salt, and cinnamon.
