Vegan & GF Pumpkin Pro-Oatmeal Muffins! 🫶🏼 This recipe is: 🫶🏼Refined sugar free 🫶🏼Gluten free 🫶🏼Vegan (both egg & dairy free) 🫶🏼Anti inflammatory friendly 💕 Can be made in a high-powered blender or mixed by hand 🙌🏼 Recipe: Yields Approx. 18 Muffins Ingredients: 3 cups gluten free oats 4 scoops arbonne vanilla protein 2 tsp baking soda 0.5 tsp fine salt 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon 0.5 cup nondairy milk (or 0.5 cup water + 0.5 tbsp almond butter blended) 0.5 cup maple syrup 0.25 cup date syrup 0.5 cup avocado oil 0.5 can pumpkin purée 1 tbsp vanilla extract 0.3-0.5 cup water (if batter too thick) Mini vegan chocolate chips (optional for topping) Instructions: 1. Add oats to a high speed blender and blend until a fine flour forms. 2. Add remainder of dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. 3. Add wet ingredients and blend again (or fold in and mix until well combined) 4. Using a large 3 tbsp cookie scooper, scoop batter into a greased muffin tin or muffin liners & top with chocolate chips. 5. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until the center is fully cooked. 6. Same-day vacation booking 😅 This was certainly a first for us on Monday!!! While in Miami on our way to Punta Cana, both the final flight and trip were canceled due to hurricanes. Thankfully we made friends with a super sweet fellow Arbonne couple while in the (long) rebooking line and decided to book a vacay to Cancun together on the spot. After all, our bags were packed and plans were made! So glad we decided to make lemonade out of whatever that was life handed us 💛 Attitude is everything & I’m grateful we made our own fun with new friends! Can’t wait for the next time…!

Oat-Cacao Chip Cookies 🍪 Tell me I’m not the only one 🙆🏼♀️ 👉🏼Ever felt that struggle to stay away from sweets when you’re trying to work towards your health goals? 👉🏼What if instead of avoiding sweets and depriving yourself, you made it part of the plan in your healthy regimen to ALLOW JOY?? 👉🏼What if doing this meant you could end the vicious yo-yo cycle and stick to eating foods that help you feel your best while still enJOYing life?? Chill in fridge for 30 minutes & preheat oven to 350 F. Line a pan with parchment paper. 6. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto lined pan (space at least 2 inches apart). 7. Bake for 9-11 min until middles are set. Optional: sprinkle with Maldon sea salt immediately after removing from the oven. 8. Cool cookies on pan for 10 minutes & transfer to a cooking rack.
