Same-day vacation booking 😅 This was certainly a first for us on Monday!!! While in Miami on our way to Punta Cana, both the final flight and trip were canceled due to hurricanes. Thankfully we made friends with a super sweet fellow Arbonne couple while in the (long) rebooking line and decided to book a vacay to Cancun together on the spot. After all, our bags were packed and plans were made! So glad we decided to make lemonade out of whatever that was life handed us 💛 Attitude is everything & I’m grateful we made our own fun with new friends! Can’t wait for the next time…!

The best breakfast! 🍫☕️🥜 Who has tried protein oatlmeal?? 😍 It’s so good. This recipe is 🌱 vegan 🌱 gluten free 🌱 refined sugar free 🌱 takes 5 minutes to make!!! 🌱 packed with protein & fiber 🌱sooooo belly warming & delish! Mocha Protein Oatmeal Recipe Ingredients: -2/3 cup @glutenfreeprairie purity oats -1 scoop Arbonne simply1 chocolate protein -1 scoop Arbonne coffee protein Mix these ingredients, then stir with boiling water until you get the desired consistency. Oat-Cacao Chip Cookies 🍪 Tell me I’m not the only one 🙆🏼‍♀️ 👉🏼Ever felt that struggle to stay away from sweets when you’re trying to work towards your health goals? 👉🏼What if instead of avoiding sweets and depriving yourself, you made it part of the plan in your healthy regimen to ALLOW JOY?? 👉🏼What if doing this meant you could end the vicious yo-yo cycle and stick to eating foods that help you feel your best while still enJOYing life?? (PSA - there’s no one size fits all plan, we are all unique!) 🫶🏼 I encourage you to embark on this journey with me and keep ✨JOY✨ a part of your daily life! 🫶🏼 I’m on team YOU! If you want encouragement and support, just comment or message me the word JOY 🤍 Ingredients: ½ cup butter (or butter alternative), room temp ¾ cup coconut sugar 1 egg (or egg alternative) 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 cups @glutenfreeprairie oat flour 1 tsp baking soda ⅔ cup @santabarbarachocolate cacao chips Optional: maldon sea salt to sprinkle on top Instructions (note: recipe modified from @organicallyaddison) 1. Mix room temp butter and coconut sugar until no clumps of butter remain. 2. Stir in egg and vanilla extract. 3. Mix in oat flour and baking soda to form dough. 4. Fold in cacao chips. 5. Chill in fridge for 30 minutes & preheat oven to 350 F. Line a pan with parchment paper. 6. Use a 1 inch cookie scoop to scoop balls of dough onto lined pan (space at least 2 inches apart). 7. Bake for 9-11 min until middles are set (9 min = soft & chewy!! 😋). Optional: sprinkle with Maldon sea salt immediately after removing from the oven. 8. Cool cookies on pan for 10 minutes & transfer to a cooking rack.
