Thanksgiving is over, but that doesn’t mean i’m done with pumpkin yet… PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS (measure with the heart): ➜ frozen banana slices ➜ df yogurt ➜ pumpkin puree (I freeze mine into ice cubes) ➜ almond milk ➜ almond butter ➜ vanilla extract ➜ pumpkin pie spice ➜ optional add-ins: flax, chia seeds, protein powder Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth 😊

THAI PEANUT QUINOA SALAD 🥜 wanted to try something new with my peanut sauce… recipe ⤵︎ for the sauce: * 3 tbsp creamy pb * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp coconut aminos * 1 tbsp sesame oil * 1 tbsp rice vinegar * sprinkle of garlic powder * dash of red pepper flakes for the dish: cook your quinoa @ancientharvest according to instructions & allow to cool. While it is cooling, prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients to a mason jar / bowl & stirring and shaking until we’ll combined. Pour the desired amount of sauce over the quinoa & top with rainbow veggies, peanuts, scallions & sesame seeds. calling all peanut butter & banana lovers… this is the dessert for you 🍌 HEALTHY PB BANANA BARS RECIPE: 🍌 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 or 3) 🍌 1 flax egg (or regular egg) 🍌 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter @spreadthelove 🍌 1/3 cup maple syrup 🍌 1/4 cup dairy-free milk 🍌 1 teaspoon vanilla 🍌 1 1/2 cups all purpose GF flour @pamelasproducts 🍌 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 🍌 1/2 teaspoon salt instructions: 🥜 preheat oven to 350 & line 8x8 with parchment 🥜 mash bananas & add all wet ingredients, mixing well 🥜 add in dry ingredients, stirring until combined 🥜 pour mix into pan, and bake for about 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean 🥜 enjoy!!! #glutenfreerecipes

LEMON TAHINI DRIZZLED ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS 🌱 a mouthful to say and a mouthful of deliciousness FOR THE BRUSSELS: - wash, dry, and slice your North Bay Produce brussels sprouts in half - spread evenly on a baking sheet, drizzling with olive oil and salt - place in oven at 400F for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown (shake / flip them half way) - meanwhile, make the tahini sauce by combining all ingredients below into a sealable jar and whisking / shaking until well combined - when brussels are done, place on plate and drizzle with preferred amount of sauce for the Tahini Sauce: - ⅓ cup tahini - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp lemon - 3 tbsp water - salt and pepper to taste - combine all ingredients in a jar #jennaliveswell #brusselssprouts #tahinisauce #vegan #sidedish #thanksgivingsidedish #glutenfree #mealprep #dinnerinspo #healthyfood #veggies #roastedbrusselsprouts
