double chocolate CRUNCH brownies | gluten free & refined sugar free follow @jennaliveswell for me delicious and easy recipes went a little mad in the kitchen trying to perfect this recipe (but it is March Madness after all) - I burned a batch, totally destroyed another batch with messed up ingredients BUT i give you healthy brownies with a crunch!!! ingredients 1/4 cup almond butter 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup melted coconut oil 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp cocoa / cacao powder pinch of salt 1 flax egg (or normal egg if not vegan) 1/2 cup @nutrail Chocolate Cupcake Granola to make: Preheat oven to 325°F and line a square baking pan with parchment paper In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and melted coconut oil Add cocoa powder, salt and flax eggs. Add in the gf flour and fold until batter resembles a very soft dough, with no flour patches remaining Pour batter into pan and smooth batter into an even layer. Bake for 25 min. Remove from oven, sprinkle layer of granola on top and gently press into the brownies. say hello to the newest member of my protein truffles gang | chocolate almond | vegan, no-bake, gluten-free, high protein to make: • combine 1/2 cup almond butter @prozisusa 1/4 cup chocolate vegan protein powder, 1/4 cup date syrup, 1 tbsp cacao powder, and 1 tbsp collagen (unflavored or chocolate) in a bowl and mix until well combined • roll into balls (using cookie scoop helps) and sprinkle with flaky sea salt • enjoy right away or place in fridge and let them firm up a bit
when I was looking back at my recipes so far this year, I realized none of them actually contained vegetables. single-serve strawberry crisp for breakfast /// gluten-free, vegan & refined sugar-free /// recipe ⤵︎ Ingredients: ⋑ strawberries stemmed and quartered ⋑ 3 tbsp rolled oats ⋑ 3 tbsp chopped pecans ⋑ 3 tbsp almond flour ⋑ 1 tbsp maple syrup ⋑ Pinch of salt ⋑ Dash of cinnamon ⋑ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil Instructions: ⋑ Preheat oven to 350 ⋑ Rinse and cut strawbs and place in a single-serve oven safe dish/bowl ⋑ In a separate bowl, combine all crisp topping ingredients and mix well ⋑ Spread the crumble topping over the strawberries until covered ⋑ Bake for about 30 minutes (you may need to place foil on top of the crumble starts to get golden too fast) ⋑ Let cool slightly, top with a scoop of yogurt and enjoy dessert for breakfast!
