just a few food highlights from italy! 🇮🇹 overall, i had a really amazing experience with celiac safety in italy! the laws & guidelines there made me feel like i had options pretty much everywhere we went, & everyone was super knowledgeable. if you also have celiac disease & are worried about travel due to food limitations, travel to italy & you’ll be living the life, i promise 🫶 i didn’t really feel stressed out about food while i was there & everything was delicious + high quality! + if you’re heading to rome, florence, or venice anytime soon & have any questions about where to eat, shoot me a DM and i’d be happy to let you know our favorite places :)

cookies and cream banana bread muffins while i love a classic banana bread, sometimes it’s fun to change it up and introduce fun flavors like cookies and cream :) this new flavor by @go_nanas is the perfect way to mix it up a little. the flavor launched last sunday & and everyone’s loving it (including me). & did i mention that sales of cookies and cream mixes support gonanas’ mental health campaign in support of @afspnational? but you have to get it before it’s gone… it’s only available for the month of may! 🤍 make sure to shop at eatgonanas.com :) recipe: 1 package @go_nanas cookies and cream banana bread mix (use code JACQUE10 for $ off) 2-3 bananas 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp nondairy milk filling: 1/4 cup dairy free cream cheese 1/4 cup dairy free yogurt 1/2 cup powdered sugar directions: 1. bake muffins as instructed on @go_nanas packaging. 2. meanwhile, make the cream filling. 3. when the muffins are baked through, allow to cool completely. 4. carve a small hole in the center of each muffin and fill with cream. 5. enjoy! #mentalhealth #starttheconversation #easyrecipes #healthydessertrecipes #glutenfreedairyfree #gfdf #gfbaking #bananabreadrecipe #bananabread #gfeats #vegandesserts #veganrecipes #gfdesserts #glutenfreevegan

mint chocolate chip blondies i’m convinced that these are magic because they just keep disappearing after making them! BUT what i have here for you today is a copycat recipe that is easy to make and tastes just like the real thing! all you need is 4 ingredients and you’re good to go :) so if you’re dairy free, go make these. if you’re not, go make these and give them to your dairy free friends. they’ll love you forever, i promise 📝📝 1/2 cup nut butter of choice 2 tbsp-1/4 cup powdered nut butter* 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/3 cup melted dairy free chocolate *enough to form a dough-like texture, depending on the thickness of your nut butter directions: 1. mix your nut butter, powdered nut butter, and maple syrup. 2. form small egg shapes with your dough. 3. dip each egg into the chocolate and place on a parchment-lined plate. 4. freeze for at least 20-30 minutes** 5. enjoy! **at this point i added an extra drizzle of melted chocolate almond butter and then froze for longer #glutenfreedairyfree #dairyfreerecipes #veganrecipes #peanutbutterchocolate #peanutbuttercup #gfbaking #gfeats #dairyfree #nobakerecipe #nobakedessert #vegandesserts #refinedsugarfree #nutbutter #peanutbutter #gfdf #jaclovespb
