Keeping active during pregnancy is all about listening to your body. I've had to adjust my workouts time and time again, but I'm still movin and groovin at 30 weeks and I know it'll all come into play when it's baby time!! Always in my fav @aimn.oceania gear💛

30 weeks of growing you my son💛 I've always worried if I'd know when our family is complete, if my motherly intuition would make it clear, but my body and how it's handled this pregnancy has definitely told me that this is it for us. Pregnancy has been so different this time around. My body is far more achey and worn out, and the days filled with strong braxton hicks.. perks of being in my mid thirties 🥴 Anyone have any experience and tips for being pregnant in their older years??

T H I R D T R I M E S T E R I can't believe that I'm here already with our rainbow, I still find myself telling people "oh I've got ages to go" but that's suddenly not true anymore! Nesting has started to hit along with some intense braxton hicks. And ever since my Kana boy was born at 34 weeks, I always prepare myself for a premature birth..so in reality the countdown is ON🙃 Cheers to 28 weeks baby!!

Okay, send me all your favorite boy names please!! I had a check in with my midwife and she said everything is looking great and bubs heartbeat is nice and strong! Braxton hicks are in full effect, yay for 27 weeks🤗

Just two more sleeps!! This Christmas season we've -made homemade Christmas cards -wrote to Santa -read some classics like The Grinch -made & decorated sugar cookies with family -had a dance party to Christmas music -sang some Christmas songs -learned why it's called Christmas -looked at Christmas lights on the houses -visited the Temple Christmas Lights -met Santa and took pictures with him -had breakfast for dinner -tried our best to be helpful and kind like Poppy the Elf asked -etc. Our goal has been to create a season filled with family time & traditions.. I think we've definitely done that🥹

I've had the best time Christmas shopping for these kiddos with the new @cottononkids Disney and Marvel collection!! Just 5 days left to get that shopping done🙃 #cottononkidscrew
