🍫Cracking White Chocolate Matcha Latte🍵 This viral recipe is definitely very fun and beautiful… and leaves you with a chocolatey snack! Is it something I’ll make regularly? Probably not because it’s not really adding to the flavor of your drink. I made mine with white chocolate and matcha since I love consuming matcha for its l-theanine, antioxidants, and overall benefits. And I love the combo of matcha and white chocolate! I used @evolvedchocolate , but it worked a little better and had more of the crackle effect with the more traditional ruby chocolate from @chocolove… plus how stunning is the ruby cacao? I always make sure to get a high quality ceremonial grade matcha and personally love cashew milk with my matcha. I also love adding in collagen peptides and using date syrup as my sweetener. Also, but thanks to @nowherecoffee.co for giving me a compostable cup to use to try this trend out!

🍫Gut Healing S’more’s Cups!!🍫 with gluten free graham crackers and homemade marshmallows! These are made with only the best gluten free ingredients, so not only are they a delicious treat, but they are good for you! We used @hukitchen 🍫chocolate for the base and tops of our cups, @simplemills sweet thins for our ‘graham cracker,’ and @greatlakeswellness grass fed gelatin for our marshmallows. All of these brands use really great ingredients and have a focus on sustainability so we 🫶! For the marshmallow fluff filling, comment recipe and we will DM it to you!

🍌🍌Are banana skins natural Botox? I wouldn’t go that far, but I do absolutely love using banana peels and mango seeds for facials. 🍌Banana skins contain enzymes and antioxidants that can help gently exfoliate your face, making it feel super bright and glowy! Using them for facials is hydrating, brightening, anti-aging, and exfoliating… basically does it all! I love freezing my banana peels and then using them for some cooling in the morning as well! All you do is rub the inside of the skin on your face, let it sit for ~10 minutes and rinse it off! 🥭 Mango seeds are also something I’ve rubbed on my skin for years! You can do the same process! I just recently started using banana peels thanks to @yourmategingerkate 🫶

🍍Pineapple Mint Teajito🍍 aka my new favorite summer sipper! This is such a sippable/ chuggable drink that I will come back to over and over. Also, hear me out on pouring out the drinks… they just do not hold up like batching food recipes does. And when I’m testing multiple recipes, I just cannot drink them all, so sometimes a portion of them gets poured down the sink. This one did not get poured out though because it’s just an easyyy drink. Y’all know what I mean. Some drinks you’re slow sipping and enjoying and others just feel hydrating and like you could drink them all day. Comment MOJITO and I’ll DM you the recipe!
