I am from the Big Island of Hawai'i, currently in Portland, Oregon to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I am a songwriter and a creative nonfiction writer, as well as a dedicated yogi. I practice in the Universal Lineage of yoga and I teach asana and meditation classes. I hope that my academic studies of the mind (psychology), the body (yoga asana), and the spirit (meditation and therapy), can come together as I travel the world and best prepare me to help people in whatever fashion they need most.
