Paleo Rustic Brioche Bread (Nut-Free, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

I want to try and develop more cassava flour recipes because it`s paleo, healthy, gluten-free, nut-free, allergies-free, provides a healthy gut, and this one tastes fantastic Turn on the stand mixer at medium, mine has 5 speeds and I turned on 3, add the proved yeast on mixed flours at once until well combined for about 3 minutes, the dough should be quite dry, don`t turn off the mixer you will start adding the eggs one at a time until each one is full incorporate, the dough will become smooth, continue beating it a few 4. While the mixer continues running take a tablespoon and add the softened ghee one tablespoon at a time until it is incorporated, if use butter cut it into cubes, and repeat the same procedure m ixing it for about 2 minutes more, the dough will be silky and very sticky, Taste with a toothpick to see if is done, take it out of the oven, and lift the parchment paper putting it on the cooling rack with the parchment paper for about 15 minutes, then take it off, and let it be completely cool for at least 1-1/2 hour before slice it.

Butternut Squash Flan with Chocolate-Orange-Caramel (Paleo, Dairy-Free, Refined Sugar-Free)

I did it with dark chocolate chips, fresh orange juice, and honey, yeap friends, I had not any coconut syrup, and I did not like to make the caramel with coconut sugar so honey for the rescue, I always try to think out of the box to resolve a problem, it was tricky enough this post, you can change the honey for any sweetener that Keto diet permits, and to make or to buy keto caramel as well, only you need to watch for the serving portion but if you don`t have any preference to do it with dairy or sugar you need to grab 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk, 5 eggs more the butternut or pumpkin, and you are ready to go. The base of it it`s the normal flan recipe that you will add 14 oz of the puree, I did it with 1 full fat can of coconut milk, the recipe of coconut condensed milk I have been doing each time when I do flan, easy to change for any sweetener you have on hand, and you can find it in, you can change the honey for any sweetener that Keto diet permits, and to make or to buy keto caramel as well, only you need to watch for the serving portion but if you don`t have any preference to do it with dairy or sugar you need to grab 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk, 5 eggs more the butternut or pumpkin, and you are ready to go. Into a small pot add the honey with the strip of the orange peel, boil it on medium-low heat until it starts to darken and thicken, add the orange juice, let simmer for around 6 minutes, take it off of the heat and add the chocolate chips or small chunks, let the melt.

Cassava Carrot-Orange Cake with a Best Keto Vegan Frosting

Wash, peel, and dry the carrots and the orange,Β  shred the carrot in a food processor, cut both edges of the orange, chop it in small pieces, pit it if necessary, and transfer it to the food processor, blend and scrape the sides until you don`t see any big piece, set it aside. 4 tbsp vegan butter or ghee at room temperature (I used Nutiva)1 cup coconut cream from a cooled full fat can of coconut milk (only the solid part)2 tbsp coconut yogurt or another one (a thick one)2 tbsp lemon juice (start with 1 tbsp, add more to your liking)2 tbsp nutritional yeast (taste it to your liking)Β 3/4-1 cup monk fruit sweetener or another or any sugar (adjust to your liking) Soak the raw cashews overnight or at least 4 hours in hot water. Add coconut sugar to a blender or food processor to make a fine powder, add the rest of the ingredients with only 1 tbsp of water, blend it until smooth, scraping the sides when it`s necessary, if you see it`s too dry add the other tablespoon of water and blend again. 3 tbsp coconut yogurt or another one1/2 cup coconut sugar or your preferred one Wash, peel, and dry the carrot and the orange, chop and pit the carrot, and the corners of the orange.

Upside-Down Cassava-Mango Cake with White Peaches

I glad to be at home with my family, although I love to travel and gather with friends, dancing, eating out I enjoy most to be at home, do you? baking, cooking, and then write for you my recipes, it`s not easy as it seems, but I love that you can make healthy choices through what I have been learning all these years. , guys I know I am in love with cassava flour because it behaves almost the same as the wheat flour, and it is 100% more healthy that the wheat one that I called an empty flour because it has been bleached industrially and has been taking away almost all the best nutrients, vitamins and minerals it has, but on the contrary, the cassava flour itself is all the root dried and grounded, is gut-friendly, paleo, Although I like yellow peaches a lot more, I chose the white ones to contrast with the mango on the cake, but feel free to useΒ whatever fruit you want to match the cake. Try to find a medium mango, if you have a large one double the recipe or eat a part of it because if you try to add all the large mango the dough will be like real mango pudding.
