When I tell people I'm Vegan I get asked, "where do you get your protein?"🌿 Real Protein doesn't come from animals it comes from plants. The animals eat plants and then humans eat the animals instead of eating the animals cut out the middleman and go straight to the source which are the plants. 🌿 According to Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) on average a woman should eat about 46 grams and a man should eat 56 grams.
