HOMEMADE PRETZELS 🥨 they’re soo good and all you need is three simple ingredients! i topped some with @target sprinkles and some with @traderjoes ‘everything but the bagel’ seasoning. inspired by @anythingbutramen ♡ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup @bobsredmill gluten free 1:1 baking flour {or all purpose flour} 1 cup yogurt {i used @siggisdairy plain yogurt} 1 tsp. baking powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 375F and spray/line a baking sheet. 2. whisk together the flour & baking powder, then stir in the yogurt. 3. use your hands to form a dough ball, cut 6 equal pieces, and roll into pretzels! 4. top with melted butter, then dip the pretzels into a bowl of your topping: salt/sprinkles/seasoning/etc., and bake for 13 minutes. enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭29:11

if you’re having trouble finding pumpkin purée, no worries 🎃 these PUMPKIN PANCAKE DONUT HOLES are made with just @birchbenders paleo pumpkin spice pancake mix and water! i coated half in cinnamon + coconut sugar and half in organic powdered sugar. which flavor would you choose?! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ pumpkin pancake donut holes: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup @birchbenders paleo pumpkin pancake mix 1/4 cup water ☆ cinnamon/coconut sugar/powdered sugar ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet. 2. in a large bowl, stir together the pancake mix and water until a dough ball forms {it may look dry at first, but keep stirring! you can form it together with your hands too} 3. roll the dough into 8 normal sized donut holes or 12 mini donut holes. 4. for cinnamon sugar: lightly dip in milk then into a mixture of coconut sugar and cinnamon. 5. for powdered sugar: bake without any coating, then roll in the sugar once they have cooled. 6. place on a baking sheet and bake normal sized donut holes for 7-8 minutes or mini donut holes for 5 minutes. enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “we’ll never lock eyes with someone whom God doesn’t adore. hi hi 👋🏼 it’s been a while since i’ve introduced myself on here soo sharing a few fun facts ッ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i’m an identical twin! @maddiebostdorff is 36 minutes older than me & we live together in greenville, sc with our 3 year old microlabradoodle. we picked luna up from @lauderdoodles in ohio 🐶 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i started college at ung dahlonega as an early childhood education major, but transferred to uga my junior year + graduated in may 2019 with a degree in consumer journalism—changed my major 5 days before junior year started woooo 🤙🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ i lived in washington, d.c. for 5 months after graduating to finish my degree with an internship! it was completely out of my comfort zone, but such an incredible experience ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ my relationship with Jesus is the most important thing to me ♡ i’m learning more and more everyday how important surrendering it all to Him truly is. used my fav flourless pumpkin blender recipe to make these PUMPKIN CAKES and they turned out cuteeee 🎃 i poured the batter into a @nordicwareusa pumpkin pan from @michaelsstores and topped them with white chocolate + sprinkles! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ pumpkin cakes: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup pumpkin purée 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup nut butter {i used @abbysbetter pumpkin spice pecan butter} 1/3 cup coconut sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 cup vanilla protein {OR all purpose flour; I used @nuzest_usa protein} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F & spray the pumpkin pan. 2. put all of the ingredients into a food processor {or high powered blender} and blend until everything is well combined. 3. spoon batter into the pumpkin pan {i found this @nordicwareusa pan from @michaelsstores and made 5 pumpkins—you can also use a muffin tin} 4. bake the pumpkin cakes for 20 minutes and let cool before topping! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans‬ ‭8:39‬

celebrating friday with a CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA mug cake ☆ i had a perfectly ripe banana to use and this turned out soo good & fluffy 👏🏼 would be amazing with pecans or walnuts too! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ microwave chocolate chip banana bread: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 egg 2 tbsp. milk {i used @milkadamia nut milk} 1 small ripe banana 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. almond flour {i used @natureseats flour} 2 tbsp. all purpose flour {or coconut flour; i used @publicgoods gf all purpose flour} 2-3 tbsp. chocolate chips {i used @santabarbarachocolate unsweetened chocolate} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. in a microwaveable mug or bowl, whisk together the egg, mashed banana, & milk. 2. stir in the dry ingredients + the chocolate chips and microwave for 2-2 1/2 minutes! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:7‬

homemade FLUFFY cinnamon biscuits for breakfast with avocado slices 🤩🥑 such a good sweet + savory combo and all you need is 6 simple ingredients. happy thursday! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ cinnamon gluten free biscuits: i n g r e d i e n t s- 2 cups oat flour {you can buy oat flour or make your own by blending oats until you get a flour consistency} 1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs 1/4 cup honey 2 tbsp. oil {i used @publicgoods EVOO} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F & spray/line a baking sheet. 2. in a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3. in a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. 4. pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined. 5. let the dough sit for about 5 minutes {for the batter to thicken} 6. use two spoons to drop about 1/4 cup of dough per biscuit onto the baking sheet {makes 6 biscuits} 7. bake for 10 minutes, place them on a cooling rack, and top with avocado/butter/jam/nut butter/etc! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “For the mountains may move and the hills disappear, but even then my faithful love for you will remain. five ingredient PUMPKIN NUTTER BUTTERS 🎃 they’re gluten free, vegan, and sooo easy to make! they have theeeee best chewy texture + i filled them with @abbysbetter pumpkin spice pecan butter 👏🏼 probably my favorite pumpkin recipe yet! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ pumpkin nutter butters: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1/4 cup nut butter {i used @abbysbetter pumpkin spice pecan butter} 1/2 cup pumpkin purée 1 cup oat flour {i bought one from @wholefoods but you can also just blend oats until you get a flour consistency} 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F 2. whisk together the nut butter & pumpkin purée, then stir in the flour, sugar, and baking powder. 3. i used a mini cookie scoop to make 11 cookies {22 scoops total}, then used a fork to press each one down {i dipped it in a little extra oat flour so that it wouldn’t stick to the cookies} 4. bake for 8 minutes, then let them cool before filling with extra nut butter. enjoy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. grabbed a few pears at the farmers market to make these 7 ingredient CINNAMON PEAR ROLL-UPS 🙌🏼 there’s just something about warm fruit that always gets me haha! topped them with a layer of honey + @purely_elizabeth honey almond probiotic granola {code ‘HANNAH10’ saves you 10% off your order!} such a fun combo ッ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ cinnamon pear roll-ups: i n g r e d i e n t s- 2-3 pears 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill 1:1 gluten free baking flour} 1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. coconut sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 tbsp. cold butter {I used @kitehillfoods vegan butter} 5 tbsp. cold water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F 2. in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, & cinnamon—then add in the cold butter + cold water and mix together with a fork. {use your hands towards the end to form a dough ball} 3. place the dough onto a cutting board, flatten into a circle, and cut thin slices. 4. cut the pears into big slices and wrap dough around each slice {the dough will stick better if you slightly dry the pears with a paper towel first} 5. bake for 13-15 minutes, then top with honey + granola! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Fearing people is a dangerous trap, but trusting the Lord means safety.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭29:25

buttery, flaky PUMPKIN BUTTER pop-tarts 🎃 i made a two ingredient crust and filled them with homemade pumpkin butter! so so good. happy weekend! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ pumpkin butter pop tarts: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup all purpose flour {i used @bobsredmill gf 1:1 baking flour} 1/2 cup softened butter {I used @kitehillfoods vegan butter} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ f i l l i n g- 1/3 cup pumpkin purée 3 tbsp. coconut sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F. 2. in a large bowl, use a mixer to beat the butter until smooth. 3. mix in the flour until you have a crumbly mixture. 4. roll dough into a ball & place in the fridge while you stir together the filling mixture. 5. on a cutting board, flatten the dough into a thin rectangle & cut into 4 small rectangles. 6. place 1-2 tbsp. of filling into the middle of 2 rectangles and use a spatula to carefully place the remaining dough on top. 7. press the edges together with a fork & bake for 12-15 minutes! {top with extra pumpkin butter & store the rest in the fridge for up to a week} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “The Lord is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes. FLOURLESS banana cinnamon roll donuts ❊ i combined all of the ingredients in my @vitamix blender, baked for just 12 minutes in my donut pan, and topped with melted white chocolate + extra cinnamon! such a fun combo 👏🏼 happy wednesday! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ banana cinnamon roll donuts: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 cup mashed banana {about 2 1/2 bananas} 1 tbsp. cinnamon 1/4 cup nut butter {i used @juliesreal cinnamon vanilla bean cashew butter} 1/3 cup granulated sugar {i used coconut sugar} 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 cup vanilla protein {i used @nuzest_usa smooth vanilla protein} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F & spray a donut pan {you can find mine on my ‘links’ highlight} 2. place all ingredients into a high powered blender {or food processor} and blend until creamy. 3. pour batter into the donut pan {makes 7 donuts} & bake for 12 minutes! {topped with white chocolate + cinnamon} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “But as for me, I will sing about your power. FLUFFY caramel apple cake bites 🍂 such a fun + easy fall treat! i just stirred apple chunks into the cake batter, baked in my donut hole pan, and topped them with a TWO ingredient date caramel sauce + sprinkles! happy tuesday ☆ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ caramel apple cake bites: i n g r e d i e n t s- 1 @simplemills vanilla cake mix {+ the ingredients on the back of the cake box} 2/3 cup diced apples {about 1 large apple} 10 medjool pitted dates {i bought mine from @traderjoes} 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. milk {i used @milkadamia milk} ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ d i r e c t i o n s- 1. preheat oven to 350F. 2. follow the directions for the cake mix, stir in the apple chunks, pour the batter into a donut hole pan {20 donut holes; i poured the remaining batter into a large microwaveable mug and microwaved for 2 minutes} and bake for 10 minutes. 3.
