It was perfectly crispy, flavorful, and obviously GF. I can’t wait to go back to Nash to get another but until then, I’ll just be over here drooling over this picture 🤤

Tell me about it, Spud 🥔🍟 . 📸: GF totchos from Woody’s Lunchbox in Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World, FL📍 . The real reason we ventured to Woody’s Lunchbox was absolutely these totchos! They’re so delicious and flavorful. They use vegan chili as well but the cheese and what not is dairy filled on these! I believe you can make them GF and DF if needed! Definitely don’t skip out on Woody’s Lunchbox when you go to Hollywood Studios in Disney World, FL. .

Woody’s Lunchbox definitely has the most note-worthy options when it comes to quick service at Disney World in FL. This is the only place I know if that you can get this insanely delicious brisket melt! We opted for tomato soup with it instead of tater tots bc we got their amazing totchos…pics of those to come soon! . Yes, I’ve been home from Disney for 3 months and yes I still have more food photos to share from that trip soooo stay tuned!

One of the best things about my parents moving to Long Island is that they are now 10 minutes from @barenakedbakery, so yes, I do eat this sandwich every time I go visit them.

🍟Happy FRIES-day🍟 . 📸 GF bacon cheeseburger and fries from the Fountain at the Dolphin Hotel in Disney World, FL📍 . During our recent trip to Disney, we stayed at the @swanreserve which is walking distance to @swandolphin hotels. We decided to stay close one evening and I’m so glad we did! We ended up at the Fountain at the Dolphin hotel. They serve burgers, chicken fingers, fries, salads and so much more. Plus, they have a ✨DEDICATED FRYER✨. Definitely will be staying at these hotels again as the GF food accommodations were amazing ⁣

It wouldn’t be a Disney trip without a Dole whip, am I right?🍦🍍 . 📸: GF dole whip twist from Aloha Isle at Magic Kingdom, Disney World📍 . A dole whip is the one treat I can’t go without. It is my all time fave Disney treat. Always GF, always refreshing and always delicious!! ⁣

Time to get it together, thanksgiving is less than a week away!!🦃 . 📷: GF and plant-based stuffing made with @littlenorthernbakehouse white wide slice bread 🍞 . #ad this holiday season, I’m especially thankful for @littlenorthernbakehouse. Not only do they make delicious bread that’s gluten free and plant base, but it is absolutely the perfect bread to swap in for your family’s homemade stuffing recipe (trust me, they won’t notice the difference). Plus did I mention these slices are BIG?! Like the size of normal gluten bread 🤯 Everything from @littlenorthernbakehouse is gluten free and plant-based! Here’s how I made this recipe: - 1 loaf of @littlenorthernbakehouse - 1 yellow onion, diced - 4 stalks of celery, diced - 1 cup baby carrots, diced - 3 cloves of garlic, minced - 1/4 cup dried cranberries - 1/2 carton of vegetable stock - 1 stick of plant-based butter substitute - poultry seasoning - salt and pepper . 1. Tear your loaf of @littlenorthernbakehouse bread into bite sized pieces and let dry on a pan overnight 2. The next day, sauté garlic, onions, carrots and celery until the carrots are soft 3. Add in the stick of butter substitute and let it melt down 4. In a bowl, combine @littlenorthernbakehouse dried bread, mixed vegetables, dried cranberries and all seasonings 5. Add in the vegetable stock and mix to combine 6. Add into a 9x12 and cook in a preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour 7. Let cool and enjoy! .⁣

Disney will always have a pizza my heart 🍕♥️ . 📸: GF chicken tenders and GF margherita pizza from Pinocchio Village Haus in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Florida 📍 . Being gluten free with celiac disease, I feel like a lot of us avoid any type of fast food place. Well, not at Disney! Many of the quick service places have gluten free and allergen free options that you can order right off the app. If that doesn’t work for you, you can order at the counter and a manager will take your order. Again, everything is delivered by a manager and comes out with little allergy flags. I would have to say Pinocchio Village Haus in Magic Kingdom was one of my fave quick serve places. ⁣

Wishing every day started with allergen-friendly Mickey waffles 🧇 . 📸: Breakfast skillet from Ohana Restaurant at the Polynesian Resort in Disney World, FL📍 . If you didn’t know by now, Disney World, Florida is INSANELY amazing with food allergens. You are able to mark your allergens on your reservations and they confirm it when you check in. Regardless of where you go, the manager generally takes your order. They even use a color system to keep track of the allergen tickets. When the food comes out, it is again brought by a manager with the little “allergy” pick in it. To say I ate like a queen the week we were there is an understatement 😍👸🏼 Here’s to the beginning of MANY gluten free Disney posts 💫 .
