Horse Meditation in Park City, Utah. 🐴 I love horses, so of course I had to opt in for horse meditation when it was offered in Park City! 🧡 We learned about horse body language, and how our own body language keeps them calm. We sat through a guided meditation while the horses roamed around and approached us if comfortable. 🐎 My favorite horse, Walter, decided to nibble on my hat mid-meditation. I guess he felt pretty relaxed. 😂 Having a horse calm in your presence is very rewarding, and a great way to keep your own mind and body in check. 🧘‍♀️ I loved getting to pet and hug the horses afterwards. All of them were so sweet and gentle, and had their own personalities. ❤️ If I see another horse meditation opportunity, count me in! Morning hike in Zion National Park. 🧡 We arrived when the park was still empty and cool, and embarked on the emerald pools hike. 💚 The views along the way were incredible. I couldn’t get over the beauty of the orange mountains against the blue sky. 💙 The pace of the hike was great, and I opted to see the upper and lower pools. That moment of walking through the mist at the lower pool was something I’ll never forget (3rd shot). 🌈 We saw rainbows, beautiful birds, and even some chipmunks and squirrels. Hello, Utah! 🧡 Starting the week off in St. George, where we’re getting some adventure activities in! We stayed at @innonthecliff, which is an awesome hotel literally on a cliff overlooking the city and mountains below. SoCal Corgi Beach Day! ⚓️ Hundreds of corgis gathered on Huntington Beach yesterday for the biggest corgi party on the planet. 🐶 This time it was a nautical theme, so we showed up as captain with blue sails and tiny mermaid (Scout had mermaid/sea themed patches on her vest). 🧜🏻‍♀️ Scout loved meeting so many other corgis, and she got a new hat and a bag of her favorite treats. I think her real favorite part was getting to sit around, people watch and dig in the sand. ⛱️

Seeing the sunrise from the air was pure magic. ☀️ This was my first time riding in a hot air balloon, and I’m so glad I chose to do it in beautiful Temecula wine country. 🌿 It was so quiet and peaceful seeing the vineyards and houses pass by below. 🍷 Tips for hot air ballooning: 🎈 Bring your jacket! It’s going to be cold. 🎈 Don’t wear a skirt. You have to climb in. 🎈 Wear sturdy shoes. No heels. 🎈 Don’t bring a big bag. It’s a tight space. 🎈 Bring that camera! The views are endless. I chose to travel to with @compassballoons for my balloon flight. They took very good care of us and provided champagne and pastries upon landing. 🥂 Have you ever been in a hot air balloon? 🙋🏻‍♀️ ✅ Share with someone who needs to add this to their bucket list!

I wish I had this years ago. ✈️ My favorite travel tip is by far the most amusing one: how to fall asleep on a plane. 😂 I usually fly economy and I’m notorious for not being able to fall asleep in flight. Simple neck pillows do nothing for me- I just fall forward while wearing them. 🫠 So I gave this funny inflatable neck pillow a try, and it worked! Trekked out to Malibu for a waterfall hike. ☀️ It was so worth it! Blue skies, cool breeze, wildflowers, and rushing water. 🌸 Spring is definitely the best time to see the waterfall in full action. We had quite a few river crossings (3rd pic), and could hear the water running through the valley below almost the entire way. 🌾 HIKING PREP 🥾 Besides water, snacks, and sun protection, one major tip is to get yourself a good pair of hiking boots. I wore my new Inkkas Trekk boots, and they were a life saver. ✨ If I had worn my typical running sneakers, I totally would’ve been slipping nonstop.
