Reminscing of eating the best sorbet while in the Amalfi Coast by making my own!🍋 When visiting Italy, its no secret that you have to try gelato but whats more is you have to try Sorbet or better known as Sorbetto! Those lemons in the Amalfi Coast are soo good better than the lemons in the states. I have been making my own gelato and sorbet with my @ninjakitchen iCream machine and it turns out soo good! The BEST Limoncello Spritz Mocktail!🍋🥂 There are different reasons why you would want to have #mocktails at your next lunch or dinner event. But just know mocktails doesnt mean that it won't be good! My go-to non-alcoholic brand for wines and spirits is @lyresspiritco! I originally discovered when attending an @eatalydallas event and loved the option especially since I have friends who don't drink. Even when I flew to Rome, this upscale bar who makes mocktails recommended Lyre's too! 🍋A typical Limoncello Spritz consists of Limoncello liquor, prosecco wine and club soda. I used lemon sorbet and @lyresspiritco Classico Sparkling wine and a lemon wedge for garnish and EVERYONE loved it! Ive see mocktail recipes saying squeeze lemon juice and add white sugar but thats too complicated and the taste can't always be consist. Sorbet already has the sweet and tartness that it needs. If you want more tartness then add the lemon wedge inside the flute. Our apartment has a living room, dining room and sunroom that we used as a second living room. Some people may want to face the wall with all the pretty frames and bookshelves but that would mean there would be open space in camera view. I have seen Bubbles in other parts of the world and did not know there was one in the state of Texas near Big Bend National Park. I recommend if you will be spending a lot of time at Big Bend and changing lodgings, save the bubble for last so you can relax the soreness away. If you will be camping inside Big Bend then definitely get a bear proof cooler. I will be having a blog on a guide to Big Bend National Park and what beautiful hotels we stayed at.
