Muffins are on the menu this week 🤤 I have been dreaming of these & they came out so good, so I figured I’d share. I’d like to say they made it through a whole week, but not in this house 🤰🏼 they were small, ok?! Preheat oven to 375 and grease muffin tin to prep. Mix 1 c flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and pinch of salt. In another bowl, mash 2 bananas, add real maple syrup, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix all components together and stir in blueberries. Put in muffin tin and sprinkle brown sugar & cinnamon on top.
