Trying to get all the pumpkin recipes made since there’s only a week left in October! 6 ingredient Vegan + GF CHEWY PUMPKIN SPICE BLONDIES!🎃 . Blondies👇🏻 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup @kweenandco pumpkin spice granola butter 1/4 cup canned pumpkin 3/4 cup oat flour (just blended @zegofoods protein oats!) 1 tsp @traderjoes pumpkin pie spice 1/2 tsp baking soda . Icing👇🏻 2 tbsp pumpkin butter (I used my homemade one from a few posts back!) 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar (depending on how sweet you want) 1 tsp @chobani oat milk . Recipe👇🏻 Mix together wet ingredients Fold in dry ingredients Line or grease baking tray (I used a 7x5 tray which made 6 blondies - double recipe to make more!) Pour in batter, making sure top is smooth Bake 375F for ~30 minutes Let cool completely before removing from pan!
Super easy NUT-FREE PESTO!🌱🍝Shoutout to my roommate for having the best idea to use breadcrumbs in place of nuts! I used @iansfoods allergy-friendly breadcrumbs!🙌🏻 . Ingredients👇🏻 1/2 cup @iansfoods breadcrumbs 3/4 cup basil leaves 2 cloves garlic 4 tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup parmesan 1/2 tbsp sea salt . Blend all ingredients on high until well combined. Mix pesto with your choice GF pasta (I used @traderjoesglutenfree brown rice penne) and top with cherry tomatoes, parmesan, and more breadcrumbs!

Mug cake👇🏻 4 tbsp GF flour (I used @kingarthurbaking) 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 tbsp canned pumpkin 3 tbsp @chobani oat milk 2 @goodiegirlcookies pumpkin pie oreos . Icing👇🏻 1 tbsp @chobani oat milk 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 2 tbsp powdered sugar . Recipe👇🏻 Grab a medium-sized mug (small works too but be prepared to clean the microwave after🤦🏻♀️) Add dry ingredients to mug and mix together Add in wet ingredients & stir thoroughly Gently mix in crushed up cookies Microwave for 2 minutes Top with extra pumpkin pie spice, cookies, and icing before eating!😋🥄
Easy CHOCOLATE DIPPED GF PRETZELS!🥨🍫 I used my favorite grain-free pretzels from @savorstreet and added pumpkin pie spice to the chocolate! . Ingredients👇🏻 -Handful of @savorstreet pretzels -1/2 cup white chocolate chips -1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (both from @guittardchocolate) -1 tsp @traderjoes pumpkin pie spice -1 1/2 tsp coconut oil . Recipe👇🏻 -Melt white chooclate & 1 tsp coconut oil -After melting, stir in pumpkin pie spice until well combined -Dip pretzels into white chocolate -Freeze 10 minutes -Melt dark chocolate & rest of coconut oil -Drizzle on pretzels -Freeze another 10 minutes!

Recipe👇🏻 Mix together wet ingredients Gently fold in dry ingredients and stir in chocolate chunks Pour batter into greased or lined loaf pan Bake 50-55 minutes at 350F Slice and eat with lots of @kweenandco GB!🤤

Cookie👇🏻 1/4 cup @zegofoods double protein oats 1 tbsp @kingarthurbaking GF flour 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp cinammon 2 tbsp @sunbutter 2 tbsp maple syrup . Icing👇🏻 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp @chobani oat milk . Mix all ingredients together & flatten dough on cookie sheet. Bake 14 minutes at 350F and ice!🧊
