Pablo Quappe

Hello! I am Pablo Quappe, my IG is @pablo_quappe, Founder of "The POWER WITHIN YOU" and "YOUR PASSION, YOUR BUSINESS", passionate coach, amateur cook, father of 5, husband, son, brother and friend, with an orientation to serve all people, who are uncomfortable with the status quo. I belong to a nomadic tribe, from the beginning of my life, due to extraordinary circumstances of life. I grew up far from my native country, Chile, but then Argentina adopted us, without questioning anything and from there, I grew up on the African continent, in countries such as Madagascar (yes, the one in the movie hahaha), the Congo and Lesotho.

My trips gave me everything I am today, my languages, my way of seeing life, my experiences, my fears and insecurities, as well as my optimism, my security, positivism and unique ability to understand that everything can be achieved.

My professional life started like many of us in our 50s. The university, the postgraduate courses and the "cargo hobbies" of all. I have had the opportunity to work in incredible companies, with extraordinary people, to name a few like Nike, L'Oreal, Fritolay, Oriflame, Ericsson among others.

Halfway through my professional career I realized that what I was really passionate about were people and all relational businesses, where strategies and tactics were people-oriented.

30 years after graduating from university, here I am doing what I am passionate about, serving people and relational companies, to live their transformation processes so that they are simple, magical and with a culture of permanent progress.

In each book, seminar, words that I write, public speaker, I put everything I have learned with the hundreds of independent entrepreneurs and distributors from all over the American continent that I have had the happy pleasure of working with and interviewing.
