Eat Gluten Free with Me is a health & wellness account I started on TikTok with the intention of creating a close-knit gluten-free community. It has since ventured onto Instagram & I have also started a podcast LIVE on all streaming platforms.
I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, Crohn's Disease, & IBS when I was 17 years old and I always struggled to find people that I could relate to and ask advice from when it came to living gluten-free. Instead of waiting to find my community, I built my own to help others in the same situation.
I have a fast-growing, niche audience on ALL platforming including TikTok, Instagram, & my podcast. My audience includes individuals dealing with Celiac Disease, chronic illness, Crohn's Disease, IBS, or just simply eating gluten- free.
My followers are highly engaged. Within the last 28 days, my account on Tik Tok has received 10K+ shares and 2.5K+ comments. My followers trust my opinion and ask for product recommendations that can help their lifestyle with illness. I provide personal product sheets based on the needs of individuals that reach out to me.

How I deal with my IBS flares 🙈💛👇🏼 1. Large intestine belly massage. Helps move your bowels. 2. Don’t skips meals. This can make the bloating worse. Even if it’s just something small…eat babes 🫂 3. Hydration. Relieves constipation. You may be constipated bc you’re not drinking enough water. 4. Lemon - aids digestion & helps relieve constipation. 5. Peppermint tea - helps relieve bloating. 6. Movement - moving your body moves & stimulates your bowels. Walking is all you need to do! 7. Whole Foods - stick away from highly processed, sugary foods and reach for whole foods. Kiwi, papaya, psyllium, collard greens, and nuts are great natural sources for constipation. My tips for ordering sushi as a girl with Celiac Disease 🍣🍱 - Read the reviews on @findmeglutenfree - Soy sauce is NOT gluten free - Not all sushi rice is gluten-free. Check what vinegar they use in their rice and make sure it’s not derived from wheat (rice vinegar is okay). - Bring gluten-free soy sauce with you in case they don’t have it or they have run out. I always carry mini packs on me. You can order them from Amazon. - Spicy sushi contains panko breadcrumbs that are not gluten-free. Unless the menu states that their spicy sushi is GF, it is not safe to eat. - Tempura is fried (unless in a dedicated GF fryer & GF breadcrumbs) it’s not gluten-free. - Edamame is usually boiled in water or microwaved and topped with salt with little room for cross contamination. Celiac safe! - Not all veggie rolls are gluten-free. Many contain veggies soaked in soy sauce. Always ask! - Imitation crab contains wheat. You can not get a California Roll! What did I miss…😅 I haven’t got sick from sushi ever! It is one of my favorite meals to get and I feel pretty safe ordering it around the world! There’s never much talk about how lonely and isolating an autoimmune disease can be. So many loving friends and family can surround you, but you sometimes feel entirely alone because they don’t fully understand what you go through. You don’t want to burden them with your pain. You don’t want to feel like you’re constantly complaining. You want to cry on someone’s shoulder, but you cry so often you feel like a bother. You sit in bed wondering, “Why me?” You feel like all that you have is yourself. And as hard as this can be, you don’t realize how strong this makes you. I hear you, I understand you, and I am here to be that person for you to tell all the good and bad times too. You are never a bother to me. I want you to feel like you have someone to go to because I know what it’s like to feel like there’s no one but you. And that’s the hardest part. Not me and my dad just having an argument that I need to go back for a checkup at my G.I doctor, but ik it’s going to be absolutely pointless because I’m finally feeling amazing. 😅 For a newly diagnosed Celiac, I do think it’s really important to go back to your Gastro doctor and get your celiac bloodwork checked to make sure that your markers are decreasing (aka you’re healing).
