nice looking but kind of a disappointment 😓 Found this place on hungry panda with a tagline “LIC’s best hainanese chicken rice” Couldn’t actually find the place so I believe this is one of those ghost kitchens. Was really in the mood for #hainanesechickenrice so I decided to give it a try. the chicken was just okay, and the rice was a little mushy. But what disappointed me the most was the radish soup. Although I was super excited about the increase in the types of foods that are in the area, I was, however, constantly disappointed by the quality and taste of it 🥲 This time I’m happy to be trying out the foods from Hungry House😋 Hungry House works with chefs and brands to bring new menu items to life. Even though Hungry House operates in what you would call a ghost kitchen space, HH brands itself as anti-ghost kicthen. HH differntiates itself by its value in quality and sustainability, and it has continuously attracted chefs who support its goal of creating a long-term positive impact on the local food system. Every once in a while, Hungry House would bring new dishes and new chef partnerships🙌🏼 You are guaranteed to find something new and unexpected at HH🙊 All the foods I tried this time were incredible, and I wouldn’t have known where to find them!
